4th pin last night
woke up feeling great (didnt think anything of it)
started with back and had great concentration and breathing
but after finishing up back i decided to do a little bicep/forearms
accidently grabbed the 80lb straightbar and started curling it thinking it was 60lb
realized i had grabbed the wrong bar put it back, grabbed 60lb
60lb felt like 40lb
after that grabbed 25lb dumbells and burnt out all the way down to 5lb
rested for a minute
this is where shit hit the fan
began forearm curls with just 30lb straight bar
after 2 sets i had to put that shit down because of the pump
never felt this before i kinda thought something was wrong
but it set in that it's probably the sust starting to become noticeable
idk it felt great lol
so great that i wanted to tell you all about it
 
Nice. I seem to have that happen a lot with forearms, on back and bis day. It's fun stuff. Glad you're happy. Who's gear are you running?
