do you ever recommend using clomid or nolvadex,or arimadex to get the axis going again before initiating T? if so,which do you prefer out of the 3? what is the dosage and duration?

Unless you are trying to recover, I don't SWALE is likely to employ a SERM in an effort to restart the HPTA. SWALE indicates in his paper that he would use Nolvadex I believe. Arimidex is an AI and isn't appropriate for trying to restart the HPTA unless a blood test shows high estrogens or high estradiol.
