in the majority of your patients,would you say the most possitive response in libido come from the gel,patch,cream,or cyp inj? also,does the gel or cream cause dht to rise more so than the shots? remember,i know each individual is different,i just want to know the average.

Without a doubt, transdermals win here, because of the accentuated DHT boost. I get better results with them at a lower Total T than I do from test cyp IM, for instance.

when you say transdermals,you mean patch or gel> is the cream available through a pharma company or concocted through a pysician? won't the elevated dht lead to more side effects than shots;ie. hair loss,prostate problems?

Testosterone cream is available in the United States from compounding pharmacies. Unfortunately, the compounding phamacies generally provide a less reliable product than that which is delivered from the drug manufacturers.

Usually, more DHT is a good thing, as long as it is maintained at resonable levels and the patient doesn't already have prostate cancer or some other condition that doesn't respond favorably to elevated DHT. Hair is the big concern for many people. But lowering the DHT isn't a cure for MPB and lowering DHT or keeping it low can have many negative implications in itself.
