Hello all, decided I'd start a log here. Hopefully I'll update it every day or two. This is my first cycle and I am at the end of the second week of 12. Been training in bodybuilding roughly 4 years, went from 135 lbs to nearing 190 in that time. Hoping to be over the 200 mark and still relatively lean by the end of this cycle . Debating if I shall post pics or not. I will pull bloods 5 to 6 weeks in.

I'm running test e at 600 a week with hcg at 200 e2d, adex .5ed. I take cialis at 5mgs a day as well. Got nolva and clomid for pct along with extra nolva in case gyno flares up over the adex.

My current training split is mwf legs and chest and Stuthu back shoulders and arms. I do 2 to 3 exercises per body part each session with 80 percent of lifts being at with rep range of 8 to 12 and the rest at 5 to 8 reps. I do roughly 70 to 90 reps per muscle groups per session.

I'll post up my actual workout here shortly.
 
Did you get baseline blood work done prior to starting? It will be a help as it is a starting reference point to show your natural test levels before your first cycle.
 
Here is today's workout.

Warm up: 15 minutes treadmill, 9% incline at 4.5 miles an hour.

Facepulls:

Db shoulder press:
85x10x8x8x8

Lat pulldown:
175x12 195x12 210x7x8

Lateral raise:

Single arm triceps pushdown:

Didn't get much weight lifting done today due to some traveling i had to do but I stepped on the scale for the first time since starting the cycle and I'm up 12 lbs. I know this is all water weight though as I (1) just finished a 6 week mini cut where I was rather low carb and (2) my nips were super sensitive and I imagine that frontload plus the other shots got my E pretty high, having me hold more water. I have noticed I look "softer", not necessarily fatter as from looking at pictures I look the same size, just looks like the definition is less so unless I'm losing muscle I feel like I'm just holding lots of water. Still got the ai at .5 ed and sensitivity seems all but gone, debating on getting some blood drawn sooner to check my E. I don't really mind not looking dry/super lean at the moment, I just do not want Gyno for obvious reasons. Skin is also starting to get quite oily.

Anyway, not much more to update. PIP is still sort of bad as I perfect my self shot technique and also get used to just the test. My understanding is that 300 is a pretty high concentration and that contributes to it. It's definitely not smooth. Feels like knots for at least 4 days before it goes away. I've also read that high BA concentration has the result in some users. Still, I'm hoping a lot of it is just due to poor technique. I don't have the most steady hands and perhaps I'm injecting too quickly (which I find hard to believe considering I'm using a 25 gauge needle). I heat my oil on a candle warmer for 5 invites before pinning, not sure it helps cause I've not done it without but had read the heating can reduce pip. If it is reducing the pip, I don't want to know what it would be like if I didn't heat the oil.

Off day from the gym tho I'll likely end up doing some cardio and abs at some point. Also another Hcg shot tomorrow.
 
I had an idea last night, I was considering perhaps lowering the apex to .5 eod and adding nolva at 10 mgs eod. I have lots of extra nolva, but have not much extra adex and thought this may work just as well. I believe i may have more bloat considering I'd be blocking estrogen more than preventing test from aromatizing, is this correct to assume? Not to worries bout some bloat that'll go away. I know the real answer is to get bloods done and go by them, but wanna give it another week at least cause I'd like to just draw bloods once on cycle barring any extreme circumstances arising or if bloods came back real negative.

Figured I'd drop my meals of the day. I don't have a lot of variance from day to day though I do try to switch it up.

Today I woke at 5 and had
8 oz fairlife skim milk
Scoop of pes select protein
3 whole eggs
200 grams egg whites
Half a red pepper
Baby spinach leaf
1 oz cashews
4 pieces buttered Ezekiel toast

Next meal round 5 hours later
8 oz 96% lean ground beef
3 cups long grain rice
Half green pepper

Couple hours later
6 oz salmon
Giant chef salad with low fat ranch

At 4 had some time made gluten free ( ol lady has celiacs) chicken and noodles . Do t know the exsct amounts here as I don't typically track my 'family meals' strictly but I easily has 1000 calories with 60 to 80 grams of p

Weight at 194 today, up bout 6 lbs from the start 2 weeks ago. Lots of water I imagine. Hit chest and legs today, I typically track my lifts but didn't bring my phone today but here's the exercises I did today
Warm up 5 2-minute rounds on the heavybag.

Hoist pec fly 3 sets of 8
High bar squat 3 set of 6
Front squat 3 set of 8
Incline chest press 3 sets of 10
Prone ham curls 3 sets of 8
Decline chest press 3 set of 8

As I typed this out I realized I neglected me calves today. Now they'll never grow. Brb gonna go cry

50 pounds is a drastic change.

Not worried bout being bullied for my physique, more concerned with protecting my anonymity due to my career. I know the odds someone I know seeing the pic are quite low, but I'm a worrier and I feel like if I post the pic I'll worry bout being found out or rubbing the wrong person wrong and being exposed (which I've seen has happened here very recently). I'll see about it tho, as I am quite proud of my transformation and I feel I'll be even more proud of my gains on this cycle

For your 1st cycle Test E @600mg per week is a good start. I would cut down your HCG to .250iu twice a week and lower your AI to .25 EOD. As for Cialis with Test only, you should be wanting to fuck everything in sight! I say, save cialis when you go in to PCT. If you still want to use Cialis, then 5mg E2D is good! Of course, after your mid-cycle blood work.. adjust accordingly

Keep training, sleep, and eat hard.. That what makes you grow! AAS only helps :)
 
Shoulders back today didn't track again, thinking I may not for awhile as lately I've just been in a zone and haven't wanted to even look at my phone between sets.

I pinned quad yesterday and am glad I did. Far less pip than with g lutes

I didn't notice til you quoted but I'm actually doing 200 every third not second day. I diluted with 2.5 so 250 would be like 12.5, figured 200 e3d would suffice. I actually have been neglecting the cialis, I used it when I first got it in for some killer pumps on back and arm day bit that was only a couple times. I'll save the rest til pct in case lil swim can't get up to unload his swimmers :)

I was thinking bout lowering the ai. I had real strong nipple sensitivity pretty early on so i bumped it and it has went away. Though I was thinking it may have been due to me frontloading the test but not the adex. I'll likely drop to .5eod then draw bloods in a couple weeks and go from there. I'm not feeling dry joints or anything so I don't believe I've crashed my e yet, tho I certainly don't wish to.

Are you using slin pin for the HCG? if so, it's the .25 mark. Front loading for Test E, IMO, is not worth it because you wouldn't see the "magic" until week 4-6. Just keep an eye on it and you'll be fine!
 
Little update

Been hitting the gym hard as hell the last week and 'feel' as if the test has truly kicked in at the point. Had first pin of week 4 this morning. I'm up another 2 lbs and strength is up significantly. I and others have noticed growth in my legs shoulders and arms, hoping my chest takes the message shortly and start growing as well lol

Looking to get bloods drawn soon and was wondering if this week would be too early? According to the steroid plot charts, since I front loaded I should be at peak levels by now but I just wanted to get some other opinions. This week would just be easier to get them drawn then any other but I will make it work either way.
 
Been pinning quads exclusively the last 4 shots, rotating between upper and bottom left and right, and the pip has been nonexistent besides my first pin in the upper left quad but i didn't follow the protocol i've been following before and since. Been putting the vial on the candle warmer and then applying a hot rice bag to the injection sight while the vial warms and for a few minutes after the injection. Seriously feel nothing, almost afraid im shooting pure vegetable oil lol

As far as progress, strength is up and I'm oily as fuck everywhere. that only started tuesday, woke up and was like I bathed in grease. Been keeping cleansing pads in my car so I can degrease my face lol. I'm hoping I can keep acne at bay for the most part, at least on my face. I'll deal with some temp backne.

Anyway, I think I'm going to get bloods drawn next week cause the week after I will be incredibly busy and I would really like to know my e2 levels. I've been taking the adex at .5 bout every 3-4 days now, haven't felt itchy nips or really bloated so figured it's doing it's job. Either way, I'm hoping I can get it done 48 hours after pinning but it may end up being 24 or 72, unless I pin a day early this next pin. Idk if that's a good idea though. Either way, I'll post the bloods once I receive them.
 
woke up super depressed this morning. don't feel like much of anything. no appetite. didn't work today. no history of depression. hoping it's a short swing into a low. maybe estrogen? or test? idk. maybe I'll make it to get bloods tomorrow. anyone else ever experience a random bout of depression on cycle? I've seen reports of it with use of Clomid but not on test and up until today i felt pretty amazing... nothing happened to upset me so idk why I feel so down. it's strange cause I feel sad but I'm aware I have no reason to be sad, yet the feeling persist. I don't care for it. anyway, if it sticks around I'll be coming off. I'll likely avoid Clomid for pct as well and just stick with nolva. I've been on hcg, it's only the end of week 5 and it's my first cycle so nolva will easily be enough, right?
