Switched test, possible allergic reaction?

Hey all, been running test only for about a year. Was running pharmacom test c 250 without a hitch. Switched recently to SA’s test E 300 and get a reaction on every daily injection where it lumps, bruises and creates a large red patch.

Differences between the two:
Esters (c vs e)
Concentration (250 vs 300)
Carrier oil (GSO vs MCT)

Which dof the three differences feels most likely to be the culprit? I’m going to have to trash 10 SA vials and want to choose another option that is least likely to cause issues.

Note: my hsCRP was 7.5 while on pharmacom which contains EO. While I don’t know for certain, I’m trying to avoid it to do some additional bloodwork to confirm if EO was causing elevated CRP.
