Ive been on hgh (8iu ed) since almost 5 months, on test e (200mg/week) since like 2 months

Like two weeks ago I noticed my hands, fingers and feet being swollen.

Does anyone else had this happen?

under go any changes in temperature (i.e. moving to a warmer climate), large changes in stress (i.e. new job), changes in diet (i.e. drinking a bottle of hot sauce daily, adding in lots of carbs) or hydration (stopped drinking x L / day because of booming business), starting new supplements or drugs, or stopping supps/drugs ?

Get your LFT, RFT done. Also check for CHF. If the levels are in normal range, drop your GH and hop onto a diazide on a low dose, with sauna 2 times a week.

For 30 mins a day, rest your legs upright against a wall, while laying down on the floor. Avoid wearing hard leathered boots/tight shoes.

Your doctor may prescribe you a loop diuretic, depending upon how severe the swollenness is. Be careful with that, since you can get into a hypo-kalemic state (low potassium levels). Hence why I suggested a diazide (while you can get into a low sodium level while using it, recovering from that needs just a pinch of table salt and water).

Reduce your intake of sodium.

I was on Keto and introduced HGH while on it. I now went back to a normal western diet, including carbs and my feet are also somewhat swollen. I am able to move the water under the skin, I try to massage it daily so the lymph nodes can transport the water away. Will it go away with time on carbs or do I need to pause the GH?

I don't know but maybe seems like you should schedule a checkup with a cardiologist. Adequate hydration, monitoring salt & carb intake, cardiovascular exercise, all important. But still good to have doctors on your team, not just anon online bros.

121 mmHg Systolic blood pressure
63 mmHg Diastolic blood pressure
97 bpm pulse

Blood pressure is not that evelated but my resting pulse is higher than usual. And its been like that for weeks

As you said, your RHR is to high. If you can, get your Kidneys checked and have them take a look at your circulatory system while they are at it.

For peace of mind at least.

Dude, I felt the blood in my veins pulsing through at 93 bpm. And that happened only in warm weather, that too 15-20 mins post my lunch. I could only imagine a bpm of 97 and that too being weeks on that level. I suspect the edema's causing it.

Drop the GH, cut salt from your food as much as possible. Get your liver checked (lft) and kidneys too (kft).

Have you been doing the leg lifts that I told you about? 2 years back I had the same problem as your's and that reduced the edema, even though for a limited time.

Though the swelling in my feet was caused due to an infection- I had grazed my toes on a new pair of boots. Swelling started on right feet at first, then spread to my right heel and before long, the infection spread to my other feet aswell. Then it went on to cover my calves aswell, at which point, my toes started turning violet in colour, and I started shedding skin on my toes.

Everything checked out well- no kidney problems, no liver problems, heart's in good condition. Everything subsided within 2 months though. Never faced that situation ever again.

For all we know, your's could have been an infection/inflamation aswell. The human legs are filled with lymph nodes that can react violently to infections and inflamations. Get it checked by a doctor.

If you have a job that requires you to stand upright for long periods of time, make sure to sit, for a few minutes every hour. If you can take a sick leave, do so. Drink a lot of water.

Get your bloods done, that also could be a heart issue!

check kidney function also.. Severe edema/redness in the lower legs can be a sign of kidney failure.

Without blood labs, it could be anything. You're "flying blind" without them. After 5 months at 8iU GH you should have done full labs at least once or twice already. Do you have "baseline" labs?

At this point, a set of labs are absolutely necessary. What the others are referring to for LFT, RFT (liver function test; renal function test)...
1. CBC;
2. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel;
3. C-Reactive Protein (high sensitivity);
4. Cystatin C;
5. Insulin;
6. Lipid Panel;
7. TSH;
8. Hemoglobin A1c;

These are just a few—are the more affordable labs—but vital markers. At least you can run those to get an idea for next steps. Or, see a physician about your symptoms.

In addition to 5, also Homa-Index (which is calculated based on glucose and insulin levels) and absolutely any Kidney marker there is. + ultra sound of organs. Would also get a full lipid panel too (LipoA, ApoB, HDL, LDL, Cholesterol overall, Triglycerides. )

EDIT: Also include Urin tests and a full panel of that.
