swtich Tren ace to NNP in one cycle ??

hi muscle lover
iwas 198Lb , 172cm & BF 25-24%

i start tren ace100mg and test prop100mg EOD
for 49 day AND became side effect i cant sleep ... and alot

i'm now 210 LB & 172cm, BF: 20%
i'd to switch the Tren with NNP

but befor i want to do Mini PCT ONE week
500 HCG ED . 1 tap clomid .And Dostinex 0.5 mg twice in this week .
after "mini pct"
i'd start with sustanon 250 and NNP 150mg twice week for 6-8 week.

any help with that ?
