Symmetry (lack of in legs)

Hey guys,

As the thread states I'm imbalanced in the legs and legs only. My right leg (particularly quads) is thicker and more defined.

Any suggestions on a strategy to bring the left leg to size and definition of the right leg?

My leg training is basic but works well for me. Mainly back squats, leg extensions and leg curls all 4 sets of 20.

I'm 35 and been training seriously roughly 10 years now.

Easy. Do single leg movements but don't do more than what the smaller can do with the bigger leg. In other words don't push your stronger leg. Concentrate on weaker leg. Leg curl, leg extension and leg press are all easy to do single leg.

^ pretty much this.
You can also do your regular routine if you like but throw in a few extra sets of single leg exercises (heavy weight will break down the fibres better) and then pump blood into the muscle with the higher rep stuff you do.
A little extra volume and targeted training will bring the smaller leg up in no time. Good luck!
