Syno conversion question

There has been this ongoing topic I have been reading on about in several different forums including this one how this process only yields TNE and that you can't get the prop from the conversion itself because the esto solubilizer(NaOH) strips away the ester, but some people claim that if you only let the NaOH drip slowly for an hour instead of a day or less then you can get prop yielding crystals. So, is it really possible to even get the prop or you're just shit out of luck stuck with TNE?

this is what I've heard also: Let the NaOH react with the prop/ed for about an hour. The amount of NaOH being critical. I've also read adding it mixed with distilled water in a supersaturated solution. Then there's the magic estro-solubilizer instead of NaOH.
