syringes outlawed!

Philly sells Em otc

You don't need to buy syringes in Philly. Try the Needle Exchange, It runs almost every day, the locations change.
It's totally free, can't beat that, and they have BA water too.
I get all my supply's there 25, 27, 29, and 30 gauge, Alcohol, and BA water.........JP

Syringes are all of a sudden very hard to find, have disappeared from sites like Amazon, and most sites give a blanket declaration that they will not ship to over 20 states without a prescription. As far as I can tell however individual state laws are more specific:

It is legal in most of the U.S. to purchase syringes and needles without a prescription.

CA, NV

In California and Nevada, you assert syringes or needles will be used for diabetic purposes or other legitimate purposes.

CT, IL, ME, NH, NY

These states require a prescription for quantities over 10 syringes or needles..

DE, NJ, US Virgin Islands

These states require a prescription to order syringes or needles.

FL, VA

In Florida and Virginia, you assert that you are not a minor. A minor is anyone under the age of 18.

this is very bad

I can tell you this, it may be legal in ohio to sell them without a script but pharmacy's rarely do... It's at the pharmacy's discretion and most of the time they want a perscription for insulin or some other injectable perscription drug... So purchasing online is the only sure bet, unless you are well known at a pharmacy or know someone who works there.

I had to get pins today, luckily I live around palm beach county FLto . Had to go to three pharmacies though. Even though its legal to sell in PBC without a script, many won't. Third pharm, I walk into, there's a jacked dude behind the counter, I ask "do you guys sell intra-muscular needles" guy looks at me winks and says "25 gauge? 1 or 1 and half inch?" , 1 1/2, I'll take 30. Nice!!!!!
Just need to get more gear in the next couple of weeks to go with the pins.

Internet access to parenteral supplies is essentially unlimited, LEGAL, and less expensive, BUT one has to plan in ahead!

That's where the PROBLEM lies IME, much like planning for PCT.

The point is better made with a question; Why don't Vets have this "problem"?

Needle exchange. They have them here too. It's ridiculous that you can go to jail for a year for possession of a hyp but then the state funds free hand outs to junkies and cranksters. I guess that makes complete sense.

If you don't mind the occasional email about impregnating sheep and collecting horse jiz, vet supply places are sooooooo cheap for pins.

There's a Little Thing called the Needle Exchange.
It's Free and Anonymous, and 34 States + the District of Columbia participate.
I get all my Supplies there, 4 Different Size Needles and BA water.................. JP
