agreed freddy and just to add my $.02, when i worked out at a gym and tried to do the occasional tbar row, it just felt unnatural. i couldn't get into a groove like i do with the bar or even a dumbbell. it felt like i was constantly fighting to keep the weight from pulling me over. because of this i couldn't concentrate on getting a good back workout. anyone else have this happen to them or am i the only spas' here?
