T- Minus 33 days to cut...

Hey guys! I finally got my clen a few weeks back. I have a shitload of Dymetadrine extreme with E/C/Y also. And, M-1-T. Access to all other supps if I need it also.

I've taken Dymetadrine for at least 6 years, no prob. Not just to cut, but also for the workout boost.

6"1" 199lbs. about 12 % BF- nothing stronger ever taken besides 4 AD and 1 cycle 1-m-t

Clen- first "cycle" of it ended a week ago,

got down to 195. I'm thinking the ECA burned me out before I even got to the clen. Sides- hands shaking when trying to hold still. Nothing else negative- maybe slight headache when I took 4 at once.

Anyway...

33 days till vacation. Wanna be ripped- or as close to it.

I'm on the Dymetadrine right now, nothing else.

Eating clean-
training hard-

I wanna get as much use out of the m-1-t and clen and Dymetadrine as I can.

I have about 6 or 7 days to hit the 2 week clen receptor "cleanout"

So... I'm tyring to map out the best use of these supplements for the next 33 days to get ripped.

workouts- following Max- OT principles
Monday- Chest (Abs)
Tuesday- Back (Forearms)
Wednesday- Legs (Calves)
Thursday- Bi's and tri's (Abs and Forearms)
Friday- Shoulder and traps (Calves)

4-6 reps, 6-8 total sets per bodypart.

Cardio- M-F 16-20 minutes High Intensity after Wieghts

Saturday- JKD and Brazilian jiu Jitsu practice ( 2 hours slow moderate paced cardio)

Sunday- Either total rest, or active rest- Ride the bike in the park.

Biggest problem- Losing these Handles! I can usually get down to see the top 4 abs, sometimes slightly 6. but can never lean out the sides handles.

Diet-
6 am 12 egg whites, small bowl oatmeal
10 am 45 grams protein from plain chicken breast, small white potato

1 pm 50g. whey and 25 g. maltodextrin (isopure)
2 pm same

3:30 pm 45 g. protein- chicken breast, and small potato

6 pm can of tuna- 37 grams protein, 1 can of stringbeans

9 pm 32 g. protein 6 g. carb from cottage cheese

sleep

My plan is to trim out the starches here and there, replacing with clery, broccoli, etc...

Now, with that in place, you guys in the know with the ECY and clen and m-1-T, How should attack this thing?

By the way- I took the 1mt about 2 months ago. Good stuff. I didn't measure much, but I gained about 5 lbs in 12 days. lethargy sucked. took 6 OXO PCT

I'm gonna order some nolva from a bro on here just incase.

Keep me from getting tits, keep my nuts somewhat up to snuff, and perhaps help trim the handles- due to estrogen being high?

prolly the clen making you shake not the ECA bro I always 2 weeks on clen and 2 weeks off using eca on my off weeks

also T3 is good in moderation, I just started my first DNP cycle you can read my thread about how its going about to start day 3
 
so far so good. I'm on 1 cap Dymetadrine 4 times daily. Diet is in place.

The one thing that kills me is my body craves food at night. I can eat as strict as possible all day with no problem. No cravings. I can look at pizza and cheeseburgers and not even be tempted. But Then I get home from work at 9 PM after a good 12 hour day, and I'm starving. I eat My planned food, but just knowing I'm feeling hungry keeps me up for a while.

I started eating some plain white mushrooms and they're helping a bit, but is there anything else you guys use to blunt hunger at night?

It feels so strange to sit and watch tv for half hour to an hour before bed and not eating!

Also, anybody have any extra secrets for the handles? Strict diet and intense cardio and weights, and I still will have that inch to pinch on the sides.

Someone on another board mentioned lipoderm- y or skulpt- topical spray on or gels that supposedly may help. Anyone have any input?
