I'd start with a 10mcg dose if you've never used it. Do 10mcg for 2-3 days then up dose to 20mcg. You can raise 10mcg every 5 days or so.
If you are comfortable you can raise dosage fairly quickly. If on anabolic steroids I would not exceed 100mcg.
I generally don't exceed 60mcg e.d. even on steroids. I get results at that dose....including the taper up and fast taper down....saying all that to say that people can react differently so research it till your eyes bleed and keep asking for other peoples input.
