Like all AAS additions/increases it should be a last step after diet and cardio are already effective and you need to strip some late fat off. Start low at 25mcg and taper up by 12.5 every 1-2 weeks, generally, until you meet your goal. Do not overuse t3, it will strip muscle like no other at higher doses
25mcg is a wasted endeavour. 25mcg is how much your body produces, by taking that amount you are just suppressing your natural T3 levels and supplementing exogenous T3. T3 needs to be run at a minimum of 50mcgAs Mac said you should only introduce it as last resource at 25mcgs (50 max in extreme case and risk of losing muscle tissue) and perhaps in combination with T4.
To me, personally, T3 for man shouldn't be used as a fat burner but as insurance policy to make sure the thyroid is operating at max capacity. For girls that's a different story.
I am sure you will find here other opinions from people running higher dosages but this is my opinion based on what I have seen

Theres many reasons to run t3, and that is for example as a replacement during a 12+ week cut where your thyroid might downregulate. You also have the benefit of being able to escalate the dose and speed up your dosage but the max i would suggest is 50mcg. I wouldnt start there though.

Test tren winstrol.. when I cycle that’s all I run anymore. I’ll swap winstrol out for a few other things once and a while. But this cycle is my bread and butter.100mcg is the highest I run it...
Make sure you have a healthy cycle going because as mentioned previously this stuff will eat tissue...fat, muscle, bone, etc.
If you do it just for a short cut you should be fine.

This. I never exceed 50mcg. Currently using 50mcg in conjunction with 500mg inj l-carnitine, 2iu Geno's, Rauwolscine, ECA, and Cardarine.I wouldnt recommend going over 50mcg. The negatives start outweighing the pros at that point. Use it to maintain your thyroid output, perhaps slightly superphyiological to compliment the diet and potential fat burners like clenbuterol.

Just don't be an idiot like me and take 4mg for the first time in conjunction with all that other shit. I thought I was going to have a heart attack for about 3 hours post fasted cardio lol.
