T3 Question - 200mcgs?

Hey guys I am currently taking 200mcgs of T3 ED. Guys at the gym say my dosage is a bit high but I am 250lbs and I feel like its ok. Can you guys give me some advice on what dosage you feel is safe and 100% effective?

I wouldnt go higher than 100mcg for fear of muscle loss. Even 100mcg is worrying. What is your diet and training plan like?
 
T3 should be taken the same way you dose Clen. Start with a very low dosage like 20mcg and increase 5 mcg every 3-4 days.

If you are using AAS you should never exceed 30mcg or you can have a counter productive situation. IMO

Low dose T3 has it's place in bulking as well. I remember Bill Roberts or Millard posting an article on the use of T3 during bulking season. It was quite interesting....if only I could find it. Anyways, T3 over 120mcgs per day is a little high IMO. I personally don't take it because I'm afraid of permanent damage to the thyroid gland. I'd much rather fuck up my liver with dbol and tequila than mess up something that's going to screw around with my metabolism. I'd stick to clen and possibly albuterol.
 
Yes, I would absolutely stay away from 200 mcg/day.

Individuals do vary in this but 100 mcg/day is very often quite weakening and muscle-catabolic. So far as wanting more rapid fat loss than what is achieved with 50 mcg/day, personally I'd look elsewhere than adding more T3.
