I am currently in week 4 of a 12 week lean mass cycle. The cycle is 600 mg Eq 1-12 and 250 mg cyp 1-13. I also have obtained a bottle of cytomel, 25 mcg each. This will be my first time running t3 and I want to approach it with care and caution. My goal is to get to 6 or 7% by June, I am at 11% right now. I have done my research and I want your opinions on my ramping schedule. Total cycle length is 6 weeks.
Day 1- 12.5 mcg
day 2-25 mcg
day 3-50 mcg
days 4-20: 75 mcg
day 21-27- 50 mcg
day 28-33- 25 mcg
days 33-38- 12.5 mcg
days 39-42- 6.5 mcg
As you can see, the ramp down is slow and steady and all the way down to a very low dosage. I like to do cardio 3-4 times per week so I did not wanna go to high on the dosage, plus I eat a very clean diet and only cheat one day out of the week. I am open to all criticism and suggestions. I want to hit this dead-on and get shredded. My questions are: Is 75 mcg too high of a dosage for a first time user? and 2) Should I continue to do hiit cardio style 3 days per week or do low intensity cardio such as walking on an incline while on cytomel?
