I'm trying to find T3 here in India and I believe I've found it by the name of "Thyroxine Sodium"

Does anyone know if thats it??

Thyroxine Sodium = T4
Cytomel = T3

Thyroxine Sodium = T4
Cytomel = T3

From what I'm reading T3 is just more effective.. but T4 will yield similar results??
