T4 dose and frequency

My girlfriend is running 1.5iu hgh ed and 10mg of var Ed. She's adding T4. What should her beginning dose and frequency be and what should she work up to

There is no singular "ideal" dose with exogenous thyroid. Also, there is no requirement to run T4 with GH, despite the uptick in deiodination that occurs after the introduction of GH. In my current view, it is still far from conclusive that this lasts in healthy individuals and you may just wind up increasing that which is converted to rT3.

The only way to know, for sure, is going to be with comprehensive thyroid panels.

1 T4 hasn't been proven to be needed or advised along GH.

2 T4 may cause an actually SLOWER metabolism
as it
2.1 reduces natural thyroid output
2.2 decreases TSH, now believed to be the main factor regulating T4 to T3 conversion
2.3 increases reverse T3

How is she doing with the hgh dosage? How long she been on now?

Blacktops 1.5ius for 2mths. She's like a super responder or something. She was into fitness previously but hadn't workedout in years. Pic taken the other night. Results are awesome

I've been on the fence about my girl and the H. That and all the mixed reviews on all the different gear. Seems like she is responding well!
