So I'm on vacation and hit the gym and was doing deep squats and my tailbone felt like it was gonna pop out of my ass...
It hurt so bad I had to stop squatting in mid set and now it hurts when I sit or bend down..
What should I do? I did some research and this is due to rounding my Lower back when I go ass to ground...
Could it be my tight hamstrings and not arching my back while squatting? My lower back might be weaker than what my quads can handle.
Help!
