Taking Aromasin only twice a week?

Hi Guys,

I'm switching from Arimidex to Aromasin and planned to run half a pill every other day.

Cutting the Ari into 2 pieces was no problem with my pill cutter. But cutting Aromasin is horrible... they are too small and I get two different size pieces. One piece is 80% and the other one 20%.
It's very difficult to cut them in 50:50 pieces.

Would it be ok to run Aromasin just twice a week? 25mg on wednesday and 25mg on sunday?
Or isn't that good because of the half life time (25-27 hours).

A lot of it would depend on what you're taking.. If you're on trt and taking 150-200mg trt a week, I wouldn't even bother unless you have BLOOD WORK showing you need it.

I'm on 750mgs of Test and 600mgs of Deca weekly. 0,5mg Ari EOD was enough for me.

I had similar trouble. I was taking 25mg m,w,f. Worked fine. Until I raised my dose slightly and had to switch to everyday.

They say to always go pharma with your ancillaries, but I may switch to buying some in raw powders to be able to dose it better without having to split pills or what not.

Ideally with the short half life of aromasin it better to dose it at a lower dose ed the a higher dose EOD or e3d ... It kinda depends on your dosage and sensitivity to estro conversion , but generally it would just be better run every day .

This is what I started doing its a lot less hassle , and I haven't noticed much difference between Chinese raw and the pharma , but that said I keep some pharma goodies on hand because you never know when you're gonna get some garbage raws .. Better safe the sorry ya know.

You can use aromasin twice a week if your dose of aromatizing compounds is low. It will work just fine.

Yes, it has a very short half life, but it takes the body time to aromatize more estrogen, so the effective suppression of E2 from aromasin is longer than the half life would indicate.

I was reading somewhere that even though the half life is so short, it keeps estrogen low for 48 hours until the body produces more estrogen or some thing along those lines. I dunno man. I just pop pills and lift weights

Maximal estradiol suppression, 62% +/- 14%, occurs at around the 12hr mark. At the 24hr mark, estradiol suppression is about 58% +/- 21%. Estradiol returns to baseline after cessation in around 3-6days.

Hey, just curious. Is there a big difference between 12.5mg and 25mg? I read aromasin has extremely diminishing returns, and if that's the case, I'd also rather dose with a full pill because fuck trying to split these things

There's very little difference between 25mg and 50mg doses so I doubt there's a huge difference between 12.5 and 25 unless 12.5mg is heading into minimum effective dose area.

Just saw a study where 2.5mg and up dosages were able to elicit a significant endocrine response and estradiol suppression. Unfortunately, the study is on post menopausal women so they have relatively low estradiol levels. Can't access the full study to see the relate to details either.

Side note: how long should I wait to get bloods to check e2? Would a week be sufficient?
