taking testosterone cream and clomid at the same time

My Dr. prescribed me clomid and anastrozole and well my dht levels were still pretty poor

so my Dr. then prescribed me a testosterone cream to my dht levels, not to mention I have a testicular problem when standing I believe blood flow is somehow impaired to my testicles so taking the cream seems to help


so my question is well I still be fertile and will my testicles still produce testosterone when I'm taking this gel I of course don't want my testicles to shrink and one day I would like to be able to father children someday

I like taking the cream due to my testicular problems when standing ( I had varicocele surgery almost 2 months ago and it didn't seem to help though I did masturbate about 4 days after my surgery so I wonder if that had a negative impact on the surgery)

though like I'm asking will my testicles still naturally produce testosterone when taking this cream and clomid at the same time?

generally speaking, any time you add external testosterone whether injections or gel, your testicles will "shut down"

On my 200mg of test a week I added nolvadex 20mg a day and my body was kicking out lh and fsh .

I believe my doctor said that since I was taking the clomid that my testicles would not shut down or permanently shut down? So you guys are saying that this is not true

I unfortunately have a case of primary hypo and secondary hypo ( my primary is the result of when standing my hormones just drop for some reason I believe it is a blood flow to the testicles issue though my testicular ultrasound just came back with a varicocele I have had the varicocle repaired though I still have this issue and my secondary hypo is I believe caused from overusing andractim which is a dht cream )

So obviously I want to get everything fixed and what would you guys recommend I do?

Another quick questions where is the best area to apply testosterone cream?

Forearms and shoulders to sided of bicepts for me. Avoid abdomen, or fatty parts of body, as you have most aromatase here and higher likelihood of estrogen building up. Endo told me this, and it seems to make sense and have seen others report this on the boards. Hope this helps.
