Just started my 2nd cycle, really excited to see what I can bring to the table with this one , should put me right where I need to be for my upcoming show in August.

Wk 1-16 Test E 600
Wk 1-10 NPP 450mg might up this to 500-600 depending on sides/how I react
Wk 1-4 tbol 50mg Ed
Wk 12-16 tbol 50mg Ed
Aromasin 12.5mg eod (used adex last cycle and thought it may be the cause for lack of libido increase, so trying out aromasin. Should this dosage be higher? EVery day maybe?
Hcg 250iu 2x/wk starting wk 6 or 8.
Pct is clomid and nolva 100/50/50/50 & 40/40/40/40 respectively.

Just starting this thread for myself to track my cycle as well as anyone interested in following along.

Stats right now:
20
5'10
170lb 7% bf by bioelectrical method, 12% by 4 point caliper method

Goal: 185lbs, 10-12% bf
 
In to give ya support. Why not run the NPP the whole 16 weeks?? Bc you wanna revisit tbol?? I've never tired it, but I've seen dudes talk about pulsing (?) orals. I think it was something like 2 weeks or 4 weeks on, 1 week or 2 weeks off. @Skull could probably clear it up for us.

You can run it for your entire cycle, well sort of. However, let me preface this; Dbol is the strongest oral out there, that is an actual AAS (I exclude pro-hormones, because my personal belief is they are shit), all orals are liver toxic to some degree, and since dbol is the strongest oral, it is also the most toxic to the liver. You need to have multiple blood checks during your cycle, to run dbol for extended periods of time. You want to ensureyour lipid profile is within normal ranges during everymini-off portion of how you run dbol in your cycle. Also,if you plan on running dbol for an extended time, you cannot drink while on cycle;you will also need milk thistle and liv52 support.

The way you do this, is if you have a 16 week cycle, you run the dbol 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 4 weeks on,2 weeks off, 4 weeks on (if you run 10-12 week cycles, you will not get the last 4 weeks on of dbol, because you must take 2 weeks off). During the break periods, you need to get bloods drawn every time, and ensure your lipid profile is within acceptable ranges. If it isn't you can't continue to cycle on/off with dbol. Most people can generally getaway with 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 4 weeks on. It'sthe additional 4 weeks at the end of a 16 week cyclethat generally throw the lipid profile way out of whack.

If you do strong cycles ofdbol, DO NOT do this morethan 1x per year. Consider ityour super bulk cycle. For future cycles you do within a year, just add a less harsh oral, such as anavar or tbol (NO WINSTROL).

If you are crazy dedicatedand want to run 2x aggressive oral cycles peryear, then you need to quit drinking all together. Youreally need to ensure that the liver is protected, because you can do seriousharm if you are not careful.

So you could do this with tbol as well?? If you wanted. I think his bloods showed high liver scores on his first cycle which included tbol (I believe).

You are correct, first cycle did have elevated liver values from tbol. They did drop fairly quickly after stopping the tbol, about 3-4 weeks, which is why I put a nice gap between the 2 4week stints of tbol in this cycle.
@Skull not sure if you misread or that was copy/paste from previous advice you have given, but I am running TBOL not DBOL just for the record. Also, @Seven Dog indecided not to run NPP the whole way through because I know 19-nors shut down HPTA fairly easily, so I want to get the nandrolone out of my system entirely and take that strain of HPTA to promote a better recovery. Thanks all for the support. I'm also going to post my diet, it's a nice moderate fat high protein high carb bulk diet provided to me by a coach, would like to hear your input.

Diet: Bulk
MEAL #1
3 whole omega 3 eggs
3 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp sugar free Metamucil fiber

MEAL #2
2 scoop ISO 100 or 8oz ground beef or turkey 93/7
2 tbsp Adams peanut butter
2 slices of Ezekiel bread

SNACK
1 Quest bar

MEAL #3
6 oz top sirloin steak or salmon
1 cup brown rice or 10 oz sweet potato
3 oz broccoli or other vegetable

MEAL #4(pre workout)
2 scoop ISO
2 pop tarts or 1/2 cup pays

DURING WORKOUT
20 g bcaa and Carb drink of choice get from Nutrishop Dublin tell them Bobby sent you.

MEAL #5(30-45 mins after post workout)
6 oz tilapia or chicken or 93/7 lean ground turkey or beef
1 cup white rice
3 oz vegetable of choice
1 Thomas bagel (52 g carb)
2 teaspoon of honey

MEAL #6
8 oz tilapia or chicken
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
3 oz vegetable of choice
1 tbsp sugar free Metamucil

Ya but you can still do it with Tbol:) He actually says that towards the end.

If you want to run orals like this twice a year to use something not as harsh such as Tbol or Anavar;)
 
Did my second pin yesterday, for my first 2 pins I did 450mg test e(1.5cc) and 150mg NPP(1.5cc, MWF) to try and get test levels up a bit quicker, now I will drop to my normal protocol of 1cc test e M/F and 1.5cc NPP MWF. Today is day 4 and I feel like I'm already noticing the tbol kicking in. Yesterday was a really good chest workout, solid working sets of 75s on incline db, even hit a set of 80's for 5.
 
Either physique or classic physique depending on what I can bring to the table and what my coach recommends

Im 5'10 185 on my cut about 8-10% 6.5weeks out. Im doing physique. For Classic at 5'10 I thought I'd have to be like 200 or so minimum not to push you away from classic but that's just what I thought maybe im wrong?
 
I can get 20g bcaa and Carb drink of my choice from Nutrishop for free, all I need to say is B**** sent me??? I'm on it!! Lol

Puttin down my post workout meal, 10g bcaa, 50g whey protein, 1 Thomas bagel(55g carb) with honey, 5oz tilapia, 1 cup white rice, and green beans.
 
Alright, today was day 9. At the end of the day today I am +6.6lbs, I'm going to reweigh myself in the morning for an AM weight. I can definitely feel the tbol kickin in during my workouts now. I'm not sure what to expect from NPP so I don't know if I'm feeling anything from that yet. Currently using aromasin at 12.5mg EOD, planning on bloodwork at 4wks to see if that's controlling my e2 effectively, not too worried about the test levels because I trust my gear, just want to control bloat as much as possible. Really excited for everything to kick in, I'm expecting to notice the NPP around week 2-3
 
Alright today is day 10, morning weigh in 174lbs, so from my 169/170lb start weight I am +5 lbs. So far this seems to be on track with my first cycle, gaining about a half pound a day for the first 20-30 days or so. The first 5-7 lbs seem to be water that is held by the body intracellular that happens regardless of e2 control, happened my first cycle too and my e2 was 15 via blood test. I think any effects I am feeling in the gym right now are coming from the tbol, maybe the NPP is just starting to kick in. Hard to tell because it's not like you feel a high from it. I haven't noticed that at times a may feel a bit more anxious or nervous energy, but that's about it. My mood is great, libido is great, energy throughout the day is great. So far so good. Time to get a meal and then go crush a back workout.
