Man I thought I read Tbol had about a 16hr active life when researching it, but the inside of Pharmacom's box said 5-6hrs so that's why I was shooting for every 6hrs or so. I think I'll split my dose like 10mg am, 10mg noonish, and 30mg PWO. That midnight 10mg was fucking up my sleep anyway.

Thanks brother. My vascularity has been gettin crazy all through my forearms and legs, once I get a little leaner I'll be a roadmap, pics Don't seem to capture it very well though. And yeah kinda confusing all my research says 16hrs so idk which one to go with, but I feel good on a double dose schedule and it's easy so I'll keep it that way, but when I revisit for my last 4 weeks I'm gonna do 80mg a day, 20mg morn 20mg lunch 40mg pre workout. About 20-30 min after I pop my tbol I feel crazy energy, I think that's actually what's been causing that nervous anxiety energy I feel, it goes away after about 20-30 min but I feel a buzz from it forsure lol.

EVP and Glycoject I use as pre workout,
EVP is a good low stimulant high focus pre workout made my Evogen and Glycoject is a good pump and carb matrix I use pre/intra workout, these two together give me excellent endurance and focus as well as crazy pumps.
 
Woooooh today was a killer chest day. Had a slight headache all day but still hit that shit hard. If u read up you'll see that I managed to hit 80's for 8 on incline last workout, well fuck that lightweight baby cuz I put up 90's for 7 and a spot on the 8th today. Let's fuckin goo!!! Weight was 178.4 last I checked mid week. Bouta go grab dinner with my girl, have a good weekend everyone.
 
My weight is bein so weird. Was up to 178.4 mid week but this morning I'm back to 174. Kinda pissin me off but I have to keep reminding myself that tbol isn't a major bulker, the NPP is just starting to work it's magic, and the test won't even hit for another 2-3 more weeks. I have been eating like crazy too, more than I ever had in the past. With my added cheat meals after weekend workouts (double patty burger, sweet potatoe fries, ~1100 cal) as well as a shake with milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter and half cup oats before bed each night, there's no way I'm not in a calorie surplus. I think I may be expecting gains too quickly, but the good thing about the weight I've gained so far is it seems to be all muscle. I look way leaner, and would say I have no bloated or gained any/much water weight at all.
Adex .5mg MWF and aromasin 12.5mg MWF seems to be keeping my estrogen in check pretty well.
Im not too worried about It once the test and deca are working together I think I should start seeing some bigger changes. Aside from the weight on the scale moving very slowly, my strength is going up very quickly thanks to tbol and I'm looking bigger each day, I've been getting comments every time I'm in the gym about looking bigger. I also look leaner, vascularity is crazy so maybe I've been losing bf while adding muscle, making the scale number move a bit slower
All in all everything is going great right now. With my lowered dosage I seem to be sleeping better, less waking up and less anxiety, going to slowly being the deca dose up by the week till I'm back around 400-450

Hmm well I'll tell you my experience
I didn't really feel any different like first 7-10 days, then probably around that two week mark I could start feeling a 'difference' in the way I felt but I'm not sure what. I kind of feel it right now. I just smoked a bit. But I feel this even when I haven't smoked, though it intensifies it. I feel very alert and like a nervous energy, you could almost call it slight anxiety. It could also be the combination of tbol working with it, it raises my bp a bit, and I think since Dbol and deca are sy. But it's so hard to explain how it kicks in man. I think that's what this feeling is coming from, the NPP, it's the only thing different.

Thanks man. Yeah I hope you don't experience the same thing, it's uncomfortable at times, it normally comes will last about 15-30 min then it goes away and I'm chillin. Maybe only happens once or twice a day at most.
Other than that, in the gym I'm noticing just great pumps, excellent vascularity, great muscle separation and focus, and my strength is climbing incredibly fast. I mean I added 10 lbs to incline db press for 7/8 reps in this past week alone.
 
I am feeling pretty damn good today. I have great energy getting up at 5 am recently and feel driven and focused. If I don't smoke, I feel that energy I have been talking about but it's bearable and can sometimes translate into a feeling of wellbeing , but if I smoke it seems to intensify it and it becomes uncomfortable for about 15-30 min while the high sets on, and then the anxiety kinda goes away again. Think I'll probably just stop smoking all together while on cycle, though I've been keeping it for just before bed to help sleep through the whole night. I think what it is , is that while on cycle my BP and pulse is a little higher than normal, so when I smoke I notice my heart beating faster and psych myself out. I think the tbol is the big contributor to my BP and pulse. Last checked was 133/84 BP and a pulse of like 95 resting, the tbol raised my BP to a similar reading last cycle. I'll be coming off the tbol this coming Friday, will see if that changes anything about that. For this past week I have been running it at 60mg a day because of the extras I received from my buddy.

So every once in a while my gym partner and I will have a chance to train with some ex competitors or just monsters, so we were lucky enough to hit shoulders with a buddy of ours we will call him D. He's gotta be at least 240-250lbs low bf he's a fucking monster. This was definitely one of the tougher shoulder workouts I've done. Give it a try for a nice high volume bodybuilding routine.
Machine shoulder press 2 warmup sets, 5 working sets, 10-15 reps
Arnold press 4 working sets 10-12 reps
Db front raise with rotation, minimal momentum, 4 sets 10 reps
7 sets reverse fly machine superset dips, 10 reps each
Lateral raise quad drop set 30x10, 25x10, 22.5x10, 20x10 is one set, 3 sets total.
By shoulders were on fire by the end of this workout, it was great. Also finished off with some abdominals.

Time to hit legs today
 
Wow, I think I got a pump just reading that workout.
It was brutal man, the pump in my shoulders was crazy I could hardly lift my arms by the end.

On another note I'm definitely getting bigger and might even be losing some bf. My coach was telling me he sees a big change in my body from last week till now and I'm constantly getting comments from people. My abs and obliques are getting more and more defined too. I am feeling great right now too. Sleeping has been better not as much night sweats reduced anxiety I'm liking my dosages right now after I changed em around a bit.

@Nutpuncher do you have a log going for your cycle?

Also, I know end of the day weight really doesn't count, but yesterday was the first day my end of the day weight has broke 180.

Congrats on breaking 180.....190 is right around the corner....

I used to stress out about me weight, but now I access myself on how I look and by my strength. I am still fairly new with AAS. TRT for life. On cycle 1.5. I was on a mini blast and found out that next bloods isn't until 5 more months so I added NPP. This morning I am at 165.7 after mega poop. Been avg 4K calories. Bodyfat around 13-15%.

Reading your updates are inspirational.

Had an awesome leg session today. New squat PR 275 for 8 reps, last week only got 6, so I'm definitely climbing in strength pretty significantly every week.
I think I have gotten used to the hormones and they have stabilized a little bit, haven't had much anxiety issues recently and have actually been feeling really good. I can't believe I'm only 3 weeks in too, things are just getting started !!
 
So today was my chest day again. Last time was 90's for 7 reps on incline, well today was 95 for 7 reps. Gettin stronger every time I step in the gym. They didn't even really feel heavy today either, definitely smashin the 100's next workout for a minimum of 5 reps. Still looking bigger by the day, and feeling great. Dunno if any of these compounds have any effect on appetite but I'm definitely hungrier more often, can only imagine what EQ would do.
Seein some really nice muscle separation, probably due to just being leaner but it looks great.

Wk 1-10 NPP 450mg might up this to 500-600 depending on sides/how I react
Wk 1-4 tbol 50mg Ed
Wk 12-16 tbol 50mg Ed
Aromasin 12.5mg eod (used adex last cycle and thought it may be the cause for lack of libido increase, so trying out aromasin. Should this dosage be higher? EVery day maybe?
Hcg 250iu 2x/wk starting wk 6 or 8.
Pct is clomid and nolva 100/50/50/50 & 40/40/40/40 respectively.

I have read that as well but the docs on here have said time and time again that this is 'bro science' so I have decided to keep it in there. I do have caber on hand, I actually started taking .25mg M/F for the first 2 weeks or so of this cycle, but decided to drop it unless prolactin issues came up because I'd rather not have to mess with my dopamine, it seems if e2 is in control then prolactin should never become an issue. I actually have a very small pre existing lump under my left nipple, the doctor said its not gyno but I don't want to take any chances so I've actually been taking 20mg nolva ED as well, haven't noticed any problems yet. Granted, I'm not squeezing my nips every day, but I check every once in a while.

When I was taking the caber I didn't notice anything different, nothing noticeable. You could say nothing that I would attribute to the caber. I did talk about a little anxiety i was having but I think it was related to NPP most likely not the caber. Still felt happy, good well being, confident, good libido. This is how I am naturally, no big change in anything.
 
Just wanted to say that I vaped (weed) last night and about an hour later when I went to bed I noticed I kinda started getting paranoid walking to my bedroom with lights off. My mind played tricks thinking shadows were "creatures". I felt my heart rate increase. When I laid down, I was in a sub conscious sleep and my body would jolt whenever I would fall deeper asleep. So I got because I though I heard my sleeping son call for me and was honestly scared walking to his room. He was fine. I laid back down and felt/dreamt that I was trying to bend a towel rack. Eventually I fell asleep. I woke up couple hours later and panic/paranoia was gone.

So, the only thing we have in common is NPP, test and consumed thc. I am positive that my reaction was due to hig level of thc + NPP. I NEVER felt like this on test only.

At least I know NPP is working lol.
