Just wanted to say that I vaped (weed) last night and about an hour later when I went to bed I noticed I kinda started getting paranoid walking to my bedroom with lights off. My mind played tricks thinking shadows were "creatures". I felt my heart rate increase. When I laid down, I was in a sub conscious sleep and my body would jolt whenever I would fall deeper asleep. So I got because I though I heard my sleeping son call for me and was honestly scared walking to his room. He was fine. I laid back down and felt/dreamt that I was trying to bend a towel rack. Eventually I fell asleep. I woke up couple hours later and panic/paranoia was gone.

So, the only thing we have in common is NPP, test and consumed thc. I am positive that my reaction was due to hig level of thc + NPP. I NEVER felt like this on test only.

At least I know NPP is working lol.
How far in are you with your NPP? these past few days I have smoked again, but have not had the issue of anxiety/paranoia/panic like I was. I was experiencing this the worst like days 7-21, so like beginning of week 2 through the end of week 3, I think it was my body getting used to the big fluctuation of hormones and the new hormone of NPP. Today marks week 4, and I think now that my levels are a bit more stable and I've gotten used to it, it's not an issue anymore. Well I hope. I still have slight insomnia and night sweats though, I'll wake up every few hours but I can normally fall asleep again pretty quick. Anytime I sleep I just sweat more than I used to though, but not to the point where I need to sleep on a towel or change my sheets every night like I have read with tren.

The biggest thing that was freakin me out was my heart rate, it just seemed like it was going to beat right out of my chest and it was going so fast, but I would close my eyes and lay down and do deep breathing relaxation, and focus on my heart use mind muscle connection to try and slow it down, and kind of self talk and I would realize it's not beating any different than normal. Thought it may have been my blood pressure but I got a cuff now and have been checking it and it's been staying around 135/85 as an average, with my pulse between 80-90 normally. A little bit higher than when I'm not on cycle, but nothing to worry about. I will be getting bloodwork here probably next week, not really to see if my test level is up because via anaboliclab I think the test e I have is good, but more because I want to see my RBC count as well as make sure my e2 is in control. I also need to see how bad my liver values are, last time I ran tbol it was pretty harsh on my liver.

I'll get bloods just to make sure I can safely continue which I'll probably still do regardless but with lowered dose.

Okay yeah that's right around the time I was experiencing those reactions the worst, I too would call them panic attacks or at least an anxiety attack. I would always remind myself it's all in my head though they are quite uncomfortable and difficult to manage at times.

What's your weekly dosage for NPP? I did originally start at 1.5cc MWF, for a ~450mg/wk dose, though I believe the NPP to be slightly overdosed by about 10mg/ml so I was probably closer to a 495mg/wk dosage, so I dropped that dose to like 1.1-1.2cc MWF, trying to aim for a weekly dosage closer to 375-400mg. I think dropping that dose also helped with the anxiety issues. I do want to slowly taper the NPP back up to 450/wk and potentially even finish at 500, but only if the anxiety issue doesn't come back as I raise the dosage.

Yeah the UGL that I got it from markets that they have high concentration with minimal PIP. I also got some test prop 200....not sure when I'll try it out. I'll have to adjust NPP 250 dose accordingly.

I haven't had any panic/anxiety attacks again, thank goodness.

I was contacted this week by a local photographer asking if I wanted to do a photo shoot so that's kind of exciting, for me at least, I been trying to get noticed and in some sort of modeling type stuff. So hopefully today we will have our first photo shoot, hoping it goes well.

Today is also my last day of TBol.

Did leg day today
Pretty good workout, decided to go for new PR on squats today, first time hitting 315 so i was gonna go for one and it felt light so i hit 3, probably could of hit more but i felt good with 3.
Now time to go get a meal in

My lower back has been feeling tight recently, not back pumps, but it feels like its either my lower back or maybe my the top of my glutes they just seem tight, like any movement that puts my back at a disadvantage i can feel it uncomfortable because the muscle is tight. It felt fine during the squats today, i could feel it tight after though. More like if i do a bent over barbell row, rack pulls, deadlifts, then i can really feel it. I have been trying to stretch it like 3 times a day and roll it out 2-3x with a foam roller and a lacrosse ball, i just cant tell if its doing anything or doing harm. Thinkin about maybe getting it looked at so i know what im dealing with and how i can fix it, maybe i just need a readjustment from a chiro, just want to make sure i dont have a pinched nerve or something.

Edit: Also, ill post some pics up within a week or so, waiting to get some back from the photoshoot so its not a shitty iphone pic.
 
Man, for some reason I have been getting some bad nausea randomly. I have no idea what is causing it. This has been a problem I have had for years, even before AAS, I will commonly wake up in the morning nauseous making it hard to eat , and recently have been getting very nauseous during my workouts, making it hard to push my self as hard as I can and nearly impossible to eat my post workout meals and other meals throughout the day cuz I just feel like throwing up. It's weird because it doesn't happen every day either, just randomly. I used to think it was from drug usage but now that I have been clean for nearly a year I can rule that out. Any ideas?

Edit: lol today was pretty bad, thought I could hold it but had to walk out the gym and throw up hahaha. People don't understand how hard we really push ourselves. There's been times I throw up in the gym after a set Of deadlifts or squats hahah. I'm thinking it's got to be related to my pre workout meal, either not enough time to digest or something isn't agreeing with my, going to switch it up a little this week and see what happens.

same stomach issues. You a habitual weed smoker? heard that casuses bullshit after a while
 
Yeah the only thing different I have is NPP this run so Im pinning those sides on that. I don't mind pinning at all so I don't think that's it.
I just stopped smoking this week cuz each time I was smoking it made my anxiety worse like I would think my heart was beating really fast or I would psych myself out ya know. I'm gonna drop the NPP dosage and see what that does. Other than that, everything is going good. Gettin stronger, looking bigger and getting leaner all at the same time. Libido is still good and erections are strong. My girl comes home from school this weekend so it better stay like that!! I have cialis on hand just in case, prescribed.
Haven't noticed any e2 related sides yet, no bloating and nipples are normal no puffy or itchiness. I am taking 12.5mg exemestane on M/W/F and .5mg adex on M/F. Was taking caber .25mg M/F as well but decided to come off that unless I see prolactin issues.

Man the anxiety was bad this morning but I just lifted and I feel great. Hoping it starts to reside as my body adjusts and reaches homeostasis with the NPP.

My weight is bein so weird. Was up to 178.4 mid week but this morning I'm back to 174. Kinda pissin me off but I have to keep reminding myself that tbol isn't a major bulker, the NPP is just starting to work it's magic, and the test won't even hit for another 2-3 more weeks. I have been eating like crazy too, more than I ever had in the past. With my added cheat meals after weekend workouts (double patty burger, sweet potatoe fries, ~1100 cal) as well as a shake with milk, 2 scoops whey, 2 tbsp peanut butter and half cup oats before bed each night, there's no way I'm not in a calorie surplus. I think I may be expecting gains too quickly, but the good thing about the weight I've gained so far is it seems to be all muscle. I look way leaner, and would say I have no bloated or gained any/much water weight at all.
Adex .5mg MWF and aromasin 12.5mg MWF seems to be keeping my estrogen in check pretty well.
Im not too worried about It once the test and deca are working together I think I should start seeing some bigger changes. Aside from the weight on the scale moving very slowly, my strength is going up very quickly thanks to tbol and I'm looking bigger each day, I've been getting comments every time I'm in the gym about looking bigger. I also look leaner, vascularity is crazy so maybe I've been losing bf while adding muscle, making the scale number move a bit slower
All in all everything is going great right now. With my lowered dosage I seem to be sleeping better, less waking up and less anxiety, going to slowly being the deca dose up by the week till I'm back around 400-450

Yes that is my AI dosage. I've been on it and I've been feeling good but I also want a consistent dose so I can modify via bloodwork in a week or so.

Haven't had any issues with smoking as of lately. I'm not a habitual smoker. I used to be. But I haven't had any nausea problems after changing around my pre workout meal and timing. Just sometimes smoke at night before bed or in the evening to stimulate an appetite and eat a lot.

Don't know how me reporting on the side effects I am noticing that are different than the norm makes me "sound like a 14 year old". Pretty sure the exact purpose of a log is for me to record the progress, the side effects, and any additional information that's relatable to the cycle, no?
