Tb500/Bpc157 for healing tennis elbow

Id personally find a good PT if you really want to heal it, they have healed any injury I ever had. Not into the datbtrue peptides. But find a good PT not just any one.

Rest healed my tennis elbow and BPC may or may not have made it quicker. There's no real way to tell if it made a difference but it's so cheap you might as well use it

want to chime in here, I use tb500 every time I get a tendon related elbow issue and its always worked within 6 weeks. I'm not one to stop my activities, so dial it down just a bit while on it and let the peptides do their job. Last instance was a case of golfers elbow (inside). 10mg, 3ml water, pull to .75, 2500mcg twice a week (5mg/week). Inject subq.

Ordered some recently, I'll let you know how it goes. I have a fked elbow from a car accident.

Heard good things about Anavar.

Has anyone used this combo successfully to heal tennis elbow?

Please share any info here I'd love to hear your story
I haven't personally used tb or bpc yet but I'd definitely look into theraband flexbar exercises on youtube for rehab. I've been using it for golfers/climbers elbow and it has done wonders. I do plan to use tb/bpc eventually to see if I can fully heal my elbows but haven't gotten around to it and have found the theraband exercises enough to stave off major elbow issues/pain as of now.

I have used healing peptides a few times for various things and the symptoms returned after discontinuing their use. so i had no healing from them. But maybe my injuries were beyond what they can do.

did you follow recovery protocol during and after using it? the anti inflammatory component really makes you think things are better than they are. I went light with workouts while on tb, symptoms went away, and afterwards modified to things that put less of a load on my elbows. Hasn't returned.

How do you know the change in workout isn't what caused the healing amd not the peptides? As i find that is usually what works. Stop doing what is causing the injury. I have been rehabbing myself for over 45 years and find that is the most sure fire thing that works. Inflammation is easy to deal with in my experience. Rips tears ect not so much. Sounds like the changes you made may have done everything for the healing and the peptides may have done nothing. I am basing my experience off of dozens of times at being injured at least and know how long they tend to take to heal on the average. And have used peptides several times with the traditional type protocols associated with them.

I had already spent two months dealing with it, changed my lifting program, grip, movement, weight... and the elbow tendonitis wasn't going away and actually was feeling worse. I still play a ton of high level tennis at the same time and don't stop doing that which is a problem but I've been down the months off road with a torn calf and ruptured achilles, and I go insane sitting around. TB500 for a 6 week regimen and I was completely healed on the same light but active program (control) as when I started taking it. Still took it easy for a couple more weeks but was back to a full load and getting gains with preventative modifications pretty quick. After that, I'm not wasting any time and adding it straight to my recovery. Could have been a one off but with the upsides its a no brainer to me. The guy I replied to, if the symptoms returned right after its because he went back to the same mechanics that caused it. I don't think the possibility of reinjury is any less likely after you recover with the peptides. But getting you quickly through to recovery is where it really helped me, and able to get back to a normal program with changes to lessen the chance of a reoccurrence. Could also be just something that its not going to remedy. I have two friends that have the same positive results I do on tb500, knees, eyes (odd but true), shoulder.

I got an elbow injury from tennis and physical therapy helped a lot more than I thought it would. I had the injury for 3 years and I was considering BPC 157 because the injury simply would not heal. However, after a few physical therapy sessions the injury was almost totally healed. Have you gone to physical therapy?
