Tbol/NPP/Prop 8 week cycle Log

Cycle is actually starting tomorrow. So if anyone can see anything I've missed, or anything that I should change, speak up. I feel like I've got a good plan.

Stats are :

27
6'3"
208 lbs
14-15 % bf

Cycle :

1-4 - 40mg Tbol ED
1-8 - 150mg Test Prop EOD
1-8 - 100mg NPP EOD
1-8 - 500iu HCG 2x week

I also have some Var left over that I may use near the end of my cycle if I can keep my bodyfat low enough.

Running Arimidex (.5mg EOD) as my AI, will switch to aromasin at week 7 or 8 and run that thru pct to ensure no estro rebound. I have Letro on hand as well. So pct is :

7-12 - 12.5mg Aromasin
8-12 - 50/50/25/25 Clomid (start 4 days after final pin)
8-14 - 30mg Ostarine ED

Diet is going to start at 3500-3600 cal/day. 290 protein, 320-350 carbs, and 120-130 fats.
Proteins : Chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, tilapia, eggs/whites, milk, and whey.
Carbs : Oatmeal, pancakes, whole grain bread, brown rice, yams, potatoes, beans, lots of bananas and apples.
Fats : peanut butter, butter, mayo, coconut oil, olive oil.
Diet is set up on 3 day rotation, every Saturday will be food prep and one cheat meal. Will add cottage cheese as a bed time snack when I need more calories.
I am taking daily multivitamin, fish oils, b-complex, and milk thistle.
Water intake is around 1 gallon/day right now.

Will be lifting twice a day, 2 on/1 off. Rest days will be light cardio, maybe 10-15 min of work on lagging/minor muscles (calves/forearms). I will only do 2 a days for the first 3-4 weeks. I've already conditioned myself to this kind of training. And I have time off from work until end of June, begging of July. If I feel I'm becoming overtrained, I will go back to one a day lifts.
Morning session is heavier compound movements, takes about half hour - 45 min. Evening session is more isolation, focussed on getting a really good pump. Will be drinking my BCAAs during workouts.

First pin today. No pip at all, hopefully my gear is good. Was very nervous about it, been a long ass time since I've pin 2.5cc. Foam rolled right away to make sure it all got spread out quickly.
 
Definitely feeling confident that my Tbol is good. Getting some wicked pumps, mental focus and aggression during workouts, and slight strength gains. My woman said my shoulders and back look bigger, and I hadn't even worked them out yet (maybe she was just trying to get the d (it worked)).
 
Still running Mk-677, but thinking of switching over to cjc-1295 w/ ipamorelin. If anyone has experience with those compounds it would be great if you could chime in, let me know your experience with it.

Seems good but carbs might be better under 300. But if you have a really active lifestyle with excessive cardio its fine at 300-350.
 
I definitely do not do excessive cardio. I will definitely lower my carbs a bit. Replace those calories with protein. I'm also taking milk back out of my diet, and adding in cottage cheese and yogurt. Once I re-write the plan with these adjustments, I'll post it up.
 
So yesterday was the first time I forgot my dose of Mk 677 and I definitely noticed it in the gym. Maybe it was just a bad day, or maybe it had something to do with me not having my normal breakfast. Either way, leg day seemed harder than normal.
Had a cheat meal yesterday, and I maybe went a little overboard. Reading that cheat food thread gave me some bad cravings. I ate until I was sick. But I feel amazing today. Ready to kill chest.
 
So been a while since I updated. Had to move 1200 km. It's been a hectic couple weeks.
I have brought my protein up to just over 1.5g per lb. and dropped my carbs down a bit. Don't want to ignore your advice of 2g per lb, but IMO 2g/lb is overkill, and in my experience; only makes me shit more.
Making some decent gains, more strength than size. Set 3 new personal records this week. I'm getting such insane pumps in my delts that I can barely lift my water bottle to my mouth by the end of the workout.
Libido is insane. Aggression in the gym. Definitely pushing harder and getting the "on" feeling.
Waiting on some MOD GRF 1-29, Iparmorelin, and some GHRP-6. I had originally planned to run Mk-677 through cycle and pct, but after doing more research I decided that this will yield the results I was looking for.
 
Raised my dose of NPP to 150mg EOD. I feel like it may make the difference.
Had a crippling lower back pump at the gym while doing squats. Had to finish on the leg press. Not sure if that was because of the raised dose, or because I forgot to take my multi/b complex. Either way, picked up some taurine in case it happens again.

First dose of ghrp-6/mod GRF post workout. Didn't notice any hunger, but I only took 100mcg so I could judge my reaction to it. Tomorrow I will bring it up to 200mcg. I will be taking my first dose of ipamorelin tonight before bed.
Protocol for the peptides will be:
200mcg Ghrp-6/100mcg mod GRF upon waking and immediately post workout
100mcg Ipamorelin/100mcg mod GRF before bed.
 
Definitely noticing something with these peptides. Have had a little trouble getting to sleep, but feel fully rested even if I only sleep a couple hours. Have had short naps during the day too. Still haven't noticed any hunger from the ghrp-6. Raised my dose to 300mcg to see if it would add some hunger. Nope. I definitely don't get a "full" feeling tho.
Ipamorelin is a little odd. The first night I took it right before bed, and I was high. Don't know how else to describe it. I swear I could literally feel my legs healing, and growing. And there was a bruise around the injection site, but that was most likely from the shitty slin pins I have. It's been a fight to get a lot of them to pierce skin.
Higher dose of NPP has made my pumps even better. Starting to feel like I need less time between sets. Calories up to 4000. Hit 215 lbs this morning. Feel like I should have gained more than 8 lbs already. The move and change in routine really made it difficult, but I feel like I have it under control now.
 
Should note that I am taking prami now, which is most likely why I wake up in the middle of the night for no reason.
 
I'm probly one of the people that gets a delayed onset of hunger from the ghrp6. Last night when I went to bed, I was hungry. Even tho I had already consumed 4050 calories through the day. Nothing crazy. But then again this morning while I was cooking my breakfast, I caught myself thinking "I bet the dogs food doesn't taste that bad". And then I knew, I needed to eat ASAP. Still not the ravenous hunger I was expecting, but 4000 cal seems to be no problem. I may raise it more.

The damn prami is upsetting. Keeps waking me up just when my dreams are getting good.
 
I have not been able to sleep the last couple nights. Got fed up with it last night and went to an all night pharmacy, loaded up on sleep aids. Finally knocked myself out around 2 am.

Also, been working on hiring a coach the last couple days. Just got it all sorted out this morning. Very excited about this. Been wanting to hire a coach for a long time.

Now I can stop stressing about whether or not I'm doing things right. That's his job now.
 
Coach has given me new meal plan and lifting routine starting today.
4500 cal/day. Whole foods only. Chicken, eggs/whites, oatmeal, & rice.
Lifting 6x week, 30 min cardio 3x week.
Finishing this cycle, then switching to test only. Continue peptide usage, switch to cjc-1295 w/ dac
 
Yesterday was quads/gluteus and damn! It was awesome! More volume than I'm used to, but unbelievable pump. Back pump got pretty bad again, but luckily I didn't have a crazy amount of squats to do.
I laughed, I cried, and in the end... I crawled away.
Thank god for AAS and peptides, or I might not be walking today.
 
Been getting numb hands and feet a lot. Anytime I sleep, even if I'm perfectly straight laying on my back, my hands will go completely numb. I have to open and close my hand for a good minute before I get feeling back. I have been napping at least once per day. I assume this is from my peptides.

Everything is still going very good with this cycle. 218 lbs yesterday. Going to shoot for 230 by the end of June.
 
Back pump was aweful today. Taurine didn't seem to help at all. I had to lay down on the gym floor between sets. Barely made it through the workout. Thank god it's rest day tomorrow.
My shot of ghrp6 & mod grf made me very flush today. Face and next got extremely red and hot to the touch. I thought I was going to die. But after 15-20 min and a litre of ice cold water, it settled right down.
