Technique for injecting long head of the tricep?

Do you just pin straight into the upper trap with a half inch needle? And outer edge i’m guessing to avoid any veins?

I use a 1 incher lol. Straight into the top

First couple times it made me sore, now my traps suck up the oil np

I don't pin more than 1-1.5 cc in them though

Does any shoot gh in their triceps or biceps? I love pinning IM into my delts for localized IGF1 but wondering if anyone does it in their arms and where on the bicep?

Have done it with IGF but no GH; don’t recall GH working that way?

tbh I can't even pin anything besides glutes and maybe (I don't pin them) quads. lol. I am the most immobile you can be. Can't pin my shoulders, can't pin my lats. I could, on a cut tho ...

But bro, before I pin my triceps - lol - I'd just pin my chest (I do, for 1 ml shots) and / or my neck (I also did, 1 ml shots).

Yes - like the thick part you train with shrugs ... But just 1 ml.
Never tried Biceps tho.

I gotta pin some volume, so I usually try spots that take much oil and are PIP free - hehe
