Tendon degeneration pain relief?

Right.
They always give you corticosteroids, ok for inflammation but it is thought they may, at the same time, adversely affect tendon integrity or healing.
It's just the standard, go to thing with this sort of condition.
I was supposed to have the kind of treatment you were given, but have held out.

Astartes was spot on when he told you to consider what you are doing and the loads you are using.
Can we ask you how old you are, like 30s, 40s.... roughly.

I was thinking whether you tried shockwave therapy.
Depending on where you live, it can be quite expensive and you would need a course of sessions. But it may be worth a try.
I do not know whether it would actually work.
It's one of those things that has gained popularity but, unless you try, you don't know.

Maybe someone on the forum has tried it and can report on it.
Ive never heard of this Shockwave therapy before, I wonder if it would help my mom any, with her hip or if it doesnt work on stuff too far gone.
Do you have any info on it?

I will go deep dive into it.

Also, counterintuitively tendon injury is often _exacerbated_ by HGH use as HGH tends to mute the adrenal cortisol production and metabolism of cortisol increases.

This over inflates inflammatory response and becomes another cycle for athletes.
I mean no disrespect, but how come basically everyone recommends GH for healing tendons and joints?
Or is it more a case that after injury you do a cycle of GH for a period of time(months?) and than you go off to let the body replace colagen 3 (that is built faster on GH) with colagen 1? Or what protocol would you recommend for accelerated healing of tendons?

It's just another thing they try to sell.
Idk if it's any good.
I suppose if you don't try you don't know.
But then it may end up being a waste of money.
It's mainly sold as something that can help healing tendons.
Seems interesting but if it works or is just a gimmick, idk.

As a side comment. If your Tendonosis/Tendon degeneration is related to adrenal cortisol deficiency avoid HGH and Prednisone.

Prednisone can shut it down and there is evidence HGH can decrease cortisol release in healthy men while making cortisol metabolism more efficient doubling down on the deficiency.

Another side of prednisone is insulin resistance. I got a shot for an elbow injury and for almost a week I was completely resistant. Avg BG was in the high 200s and I was pushing 300+ glucose and I matter how much slin i pinned it wouldn’t go down (am diabetic ) took about five days to ease up.

is there any peptide that would help the tendon degeneration? the pain is often unbearable.

Anavar for pain and rebuilding

BPC and TB for peptides but they dont do much for pain for me in the short term.

For my elbow I used low dose var, growth , BPC+TB and deca.

Nandrolone has been the best pain relief I’ve tried to date. I know dosages vary by person but for reference , with NPP I got relief at 350mg per week, not lower. With deca it was 200mg but I kept relief at 150 mg. I tried going down to 70mg after a few months but aches started coming back. So figured 150-200 is the sweet spot for me for deca.
