Anyone have this done?
I've had several cortisone shots and been through physical therapy and nothing is working.
Is the surgical procedure successful?

Thanks.

Can't speak on wrist issues but I will say that if you have a legitimate issue that does require surgery put in your due diligence and find a good surgeon and get that shit fixed. Hit your PT smart and hard and you'll (most likely) never look back.

I've been hitting my PT very hard and am doing PT on my own everyday. I am considerably farther along than I should be according to the PT guidelines. I'm not guaranteeing this but I also thing moderate doses of GH are playing a part in recovery.

Good luck bro, wish you a speedy diagnosis and recovery.

Thanks for the replies. I did have many PT sessions and they didn't make any difference. I've been seeing an orthopaedic surgeon and he's the one giving me the shots. Now he's telling me the next step is surgery on the elbow.

Thanks so much for that link - Great article, I never heard of the difference between the two.

That would require the docs to hold back on slamming 3cc of corticosteroids into you, while lying to you that it'll make things better. And then the BS physical therapy. Fuck the traditional approach, waste of time and money.

If you have tendinosis, go for PRP plus HGH - don't let surgeons near you before you've exhausted that option.
