Tendonitis

Type peanut ball on YouTube. Your tendons are tight so when you roll the pea nut ball up and down your arms you will repair.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t tennis/golfers elbow from inflammation and small micro tears where the tendon connects to the bone. I see how massaging the area could be soothing but describing the issue as tight tendons is factually incorrect.

At that dose are you experiencing any other sides ?
I’m on 300mg of Deca a week and I haven’t had a single bad side effect. I’m a bit more emotionally flat but more just calm. I also have a few old tendon and knee issues that Deca hasn’t done anything for. I don’t really think using Deca for joint or tendon pain makes any sense. It’s cardio toxic and not good for you.

I appreciate your take on it. A lot of people talk about it like it’s a panacea for joint and tendon health and leave out the negatives. Just because it helps some with pain and can help people gain mass.
I realize that 300mg isn’t a low dose compared to some of the much higher doses I’ve heard people take but rather a high medium dose.
But do you think it is still cardio toxic even at doses of 50-100mg a week ?

Any bit of Nandrolone in your system is toxic unfortunately. Google some studies. It ain’t great. It’s all about your risk tolerance.
