Tennis elbow!

I have struggled with this throughout the years. It comes and goes it sucks for sure. I have to work around it in training and not do things that aggravate it. I also warm up the elbows for like 15 mins with cables before every exercise. I don’t have a lot of information to help unfortunately as I am also wishing I knew more about how to stop it. I do know what I use this horse joint medicine every day I workout before the workout to warm the elbows. Hope this helps you a little as well. I think it does help some. View attachment 357247
I will try anything at this point. Thanks bro!

That product is basically 4% menthol and MSM, i doubt it does much imo.

Injecting 1% hyaluronic acid into knees and elbows is done for pain relief, getting the product isn't difficult but i have no idea how to properly administer such an injection. Might be worth looking into.

Pinning TB500 will def work. I have golfers elbow (other side of the joint inflamed) and I’ve been using a topical called Butcher Balm (Brett Wilken’s brand) that is basically icy hot with peptides. It’s been very helpful.

So true. I shut everything down for two weeks. Doc had me in a brace during that time to isolate the wrist. Felt like it was almost gone. Got back to training and within a few days it was back. Now I am just saying screw it and dealing with it.

I know some folks praise BPC and TB but man I can't say I was getting anything from it. Pinned bpc for months up to 1mg twice a day at the site. Finally got tired of all the pinning and money and dropped it.
just my two cents, i have a chronic case of tennis elbow from not tapping out fast enough during a submission, and with BPC/TB i have read that aiming for the affected area is less effective, when you inject IM it has about a 30 min halflife. But if you subq it into belly fat, it has 4-6 hour half life and has more effect.

yes. It will travel in the blood and goes where it needs to. No need to try to to spot injections.

I cant find the article i read bur it made a convincing point that bpc takes longer to absorb via body fat than muscle. Im currently on day 3 of hemorrhoidectomy which is one of the most painful soft tissue repairs. With bpc/tb500 subq in belly fat, im better off than i should be. Notable improvement. I started before surgery day

The only thing you need is this.

For those that have used these. Did you also stop lifting? I bought one but the elbow is so beat up from lifting this thing just cause more pain.

Not that it's too much or I can't handle it if it's helping, but it feels like it is just aggravating it more.

I think it would be better suited if I was not training or doing so very lightly.

I dealt with a lagging tennis elbow issue by running a few vials of tb500/bpc157. I would inject 1mg of each every night before bed. There was almost overnight relief from the first night. Took about 2 weeks and it's been fine since. Might give it a go!
Did you modify your lifting to accommodate healing?
