Test as a complete beginner

As the title said total beginner. Read the wiki and everything I could find on Reddit. Just want to make sure I’m not missing anything. I have some (maybe) stupid questions that I haven’t seen anyone talk about. I’ve been on the pep train for a while and it’s all I have experience with. So I have my test, and am doing my research before touching it ofc. Stupid question: is there anything that I need to do before injecting? I haven’t seen anyone mention anything so probably not but again I don’t want to fuck up when I do do it. With peps you must reconstitute and of course test came in it’s oil form so I know I don’t need to do that exact thing; but anything similar maybe? I know I’m probably looking too much into it but better safe than sorry I guess. Thanks guys

Forgot to mention it’s test C if that matters.

Make sure you introduce yourself first.

You sound quite young.

Do you have the required minimum ancillaries:
1. Full blood tests paid for in advance
2. Telmisartan, exemestane
3. Blood pressure monitor

Do you have a PCT planned? It would be better to continuously taking HCG so you don't completely shut yourself down.

Do you know how to eat and train? What are your lifts like etc...

Hey thanks for replying, I was trying to find the intro posts. Will do it after I reply to you here.
To answer the first, I’ve got bloods done for current levels have more ready for when it’s time to do more (labs). 2, have AI on hand no tel but I can grab that if needed. Hadn’t read too much about that thank you.

PCT is planned/being planned. Using advice & info from here and Reddit, as well as a couple other places. Still doing more research though, again better safe than sorry lol.

I’d like to think my training is dialed in but can probably always do better. 5 days on 2 day rest. Can give more detail if needed but trying not to write a book for your sake. Haven’t missed a day in a long time (besides for stuff out of my control) since I fell in love with the gym. My diet is pretty good, I’ve lost about 70lbs and have been maintaining since then; pretty strict with of course little treats here and there to keep it sustainable LT. I’ve done multiple bulk - cut cycles before I got depressed and gained weight. Just never with anything other than test a longgg time ago but it was prescribed. I think I answered everything, but if not let me know. 24, 5’10, about 185. I’d like to get a little bit more lean if possible before bulking up. Test helped me last time with that. Thanks again for replying.

Ok bro. You're still young.

You mentioned a few red flags already. Not an attack but:
1. Risk of permanent infertility (especially if using anything but testosterone)
2. Mood disorder/feelings of depression

Steroids will make your cognitive issue worse. Be prepared for mood issues or anxiety in your future.

As for the gym. Drugs work. More drugs work better. You will slowly put more effort and thought into them vs training...

So if I were you I would make sure to focus on getting stronger in the compound lifts. Either reps or weight. Preferably both.

Also consider how unmanly you will feel when:
1. A your sterile
2. You can't orgasm

These things can happen if you take certain compounds. Tren and nandralone for example.

Anyway. Best of luck. Don't be a tight arse and spend some decent money on injection gear, ancillaries and blood tests.

Thanks bro I appreciate the time you took to respond and explain. I don’t plan on taking anything other than test for now but you never know I guess. I plan on holding off for a few more weeks/months ant the very least and getting more research in and extra time in the gym.

As for the q about the test, if I do decide to move forward in some time; do I need to do anything to it like you would with peps or anything of the sort? Like I said I know you don’t need to recon since it’s not ly power, but maybe something else? I’m prolly overthinking it but I tend to do that with things that concern my health lol.

Peps are garbage for your case.

Get off Reddit and YouTube. Maybe watch some basic endocrinology or biology videos instead. The influencers on YouTube are all trash.

You only need food and heavy training like 5x5 or starting strength. After that when you hit an intermediate or advanced strength stage steroids are useful.

You can't learn all this shit at the same time. It's a full time job. So learn training first.

Then learn some basic biology and endocrinology because there is no one who can legally or ethically guide you in this.

At the end you might look at it and re-evaluate if it's worth the effort

If it didn't come from legit prescribed source, at the very minimum you need to filter it. You need to be aware of all the sides that come with any compound you consider, what to test for and have the required ancillaries on hand *before* you start. An exit plan especially if you plan on having kids.

Okay cool thank you. Any recs on where to get filters? I see .22 online but they’re $100-300 besides Amazon and that can’t be right lol.

No I know haha, I’m not looking to do peps. I’ve done them before and they aren’t helpful currently. I just meant if like peps, the test needed anything done to it ie filtering like another person mentioned.
I’d say I’m pretty knowledgeable on training but we can always learn more. I’ve been lifting for about 8 years give or take. More like 10 since I started at 14 but wasn’t consistent for the first 2.
I’ll keep up the research thanks for taking the time to talk bro
