Test C & Dbol Cycle Log

Do you know the height and weight of the person in that photo by chance?

6'3 155-160lb collage athlete long distance runner.

OP I do know you aren't that low and those scales are garbage. Go get a bodpod done and you'll be sorely disappointed. Why does the stats matter? Well you should have at least a very basic understanding of what your true LBM is so you can calculate an accurate TDEE and adjust calories and macros accordingly. If your goal is to
Get big and push heavier weights then you could have EASILY put on 50lb naturally to do so and that's what would be easy at your height. You could get to 220 naturally but that last 20lb would take a lot of extra years. Obviously you haven't cared to put in the effort the right way yet and hopefully you do while you are on cycle otherwise you truly are doing more harm then good. Anyways goodluck OP that's all I have for this.

Eman, thanks for the input, I think after this week I'll up to 3,200 calories unless you think I should go higher

If I were in your shoes, I would eat like there was no tomorrow. Gain some weight and lean out later. If you want to get big then eat big... you just didn't need gear to do it.

RodgerThat, I don't mean to sound too matter of fact, I just know what they tell me when I go in so that's why I said it. I didn't think there were several different ways to measure one stat in which their results would differ so greatly. I'm not sure what a bodpod is but I can sure look into getting one done so as to provide the most accurate log. I truly respect your advice and criticism as from what I understand that's what this forum is about. Also, I understand I should have waited to cycle in the first place but since the first and all it gave me I couldn't wait to get back into it. Thanks again

Bodpod would be your best bet for accurate measurements as the dexa and hydrostatic are most likely more expensive options

Week 2 Update:

Today marks the start of week 3. I now weigh 164 lbs, 9lbs up from the start. I feel good and diet has been nearly spot on, I'm now getting an average of 3,200 calories per day. As for sides, I've been dealing with back pumps for a few days now, and vision seems to suffer off and on toward the end of the day. Nothing I can't live with for the time being. Overall, I feel real good about this cycle, strength is up and I have tons of energy left after workouts, allowing me to fit in a few extra sets each day. I'm pumped for week 3, and all it brings.
