Test C / Eq cycle upcoming CYCLE!!!

So what are they eating in on their off seasons? Cause calories in chicken breasts and all of the lean meats are low, and being mindful of carbs, that would mean you’re getting most your calories from protein, and lean protein at that. I guess more of the reason I’m asking this, is as someone aspiring to be a bb, I’m trying to perfect the diet. I understand the basics, cico, protein per bw, it’s the ratios for fats and carbs I don’t understand and how you manage them in a bulk. It’s pretty easy for me to keep fats and carbs lower in a cut. In a bulk, it seems difficult to be able to hit the higher calories without carbs and fats.

check logs here, it will give you an idea.
you have to be exact with your carbs.
its not my case tho, when uts time to grow and i wanna est more, i do. im okay with some bloat and head like melon, especially in winter. thats time when i enjoy trainin the most, round and strong, hittin PRs.

Test C+ EQ is a great combo, but damn.
dont start out with enough EQ to crush your E2 all the way to 2027.
Up the test(4-500), start the EQ lower (200ish), and lock in on your diet. As @BabaJagga said, there are people on here who do training+diet logs that wonderfully outline how to look drier even when using "wet" compounds
(perfect example is @Slowww when using MENT, one of the most notoriously wet compounds besides Dbol)

Don’t be scared of carbs and definitely do not overdo protein in a bulk phase. Carbs must be high if calories need to go up. Keep your fats at 50-70gr total, protein at 1-1,2gr per pound and fill the rest with carbs. If you ever need more than 1000gr of carbs per day, then it might be time to raise fats as well to make your life easier.

There are plenty of pros eating 1000+ carbs and they’re not bloated at all while many average guys have a moonface from 400gr carbs. It’s a multifactorial thing. Which carb sources you use, how much hgh and what quality it is, which fat sources you use, how much cardio you do and last but very important how much are in balance sodium, potassium and minerals in general.

about staying “dry” in the off season for aspiring body builders. Firstly dont LOL. This is not looksmaxxing Jesus Christ. Water is not an enemy UNLESS your organs are impacted in such a way that it is harmful for your health primarily through blood pressure, as well as general inflammation on the organ systems. Staying as dry as possible does not mean staying totally dry, it means being wet within a healthy rational amount and not getting your panties in a bunch.

Both of those two things CAN happen but with Correct physical and psychological management should not. Body building is about looking your best on stage NOT in the off season. If you have some water it improves leverages, joint health, and therefore lifts which you want to see go up almost more importantly in comparison to any other single factor except that youre growing in the mirror without excessive fat, and you have the ability to tell what is fat and what is water.

If you want to manage water then look at correct electrolytes and if you want to be OCD you can measure salt. Use something like chronometer to assess potassium intake, and adjust your sodium intake through table salt or Himalayan salts. This requires eating unprocessed foods that do not have additives and eating the same thing day in day out so you don’t have to guess or adjust every single meal. If you eat some bullshit macro diet THIS is where you cause yourself to hold water.

Also make sure your cardio, and steps are Correct.

make sure you’re properly hydrated consistently! Being dry doesnt mean dehydrated. You want properly functioning organ systems flushing out water, instead of holding on to it because you’re not giving it enough.

Finally—do not overload your body with androgens too quickly— especially if you’re out of a cutting phase ans going into a rebound. Your body will be primed to hold onto anything you give it and jt will suck up and hold water, so you need to introduced androgens that create water retention slowly so the body can adjust, tolerate and manage the water itself. You also will get to a point where it can just be straight up too much and your BP can be hard to control and that just means you need to stop.

Honesty in the off season you should be maximizing carbs so theres no way around this.
