Test C / Mast E - Back in the saddle.

Well, after a few years Natty, I'm jumping back in the fire. My wife just won a local figure competition, so I figure I better get my physique back up to snuff...

Me:
35, 5-10, 215, 15%

Cycle:
2 grams of Tren A week, 3 grams Test E, 200 mg DROL daily....J/K

Week 1-9 or 10: Test C / Mast E: 400 Mg Ea per week. 2 shots/week. Pinned 1st Shot this AM. I've never run Mast, so we will see how it goes.

Week 1-4: 15-20 mg DBol Pre-Workout (why not, I got 'em and who doesn't like a little Dbol pump)

I usually Frontload longer esters, but I'm not this time. The DBol will add a little fire to the first few weeks.

After Mast/Test C I will run 100mg Prop EOD for 2 weeks or so.

After everything clears, I will be running Scally's PCT.

I have everything I need on-hand for any estro-related sides, but won't be using anything unless I get issues. I'm interested to see if I get any estro-sides. I never have in the past, but I'm a bit older and fatter now, so time will tell.

Big 3 lifts 1RM: DL 495, Squat 405, Bench 315 (Bench sucks, got shoulder issues so it prob won't move much). These are actual recent maxes, No calculator BS. I used to Rep these weights out when on cycle, but moving them up isn't really my top priority of this cycle.

Diet:
Trying a new diet (for me) to see how it works to get a little shred on. I've been doing IF for the past 2 weeks, and I think I like it. I've shed a few pounds - was 220 a few weeks ago, and my strength has not budged. I though for sure I would lose strength/muscle rapidly, but it hasn't happened thus far. To me, half the fun of this lifestyle, is beta testing different training/diet protocols, and seeing the results, or lack there-off. If it doesn't seem to be working in a few weeks, I will change back to my old bodybuilding staple, but right now, I like the thought of shocking my system with new gear and a new diet. I know what I need for macros and whatnot, so I'm not going to get into it.

Training:
I've always done "Power-Building" or variants with Athletic training mixed in (see power-cleans, front squats, etc.), I also dabbled in some Olympic Lifting for awhile. My joints need a break though, and I am not going to kill them adding a bunch of weight to the bar the next few weeks, so I will be going for more "hypertrophy" training in the weight room EOD, and then I've been doing "strongman" type training with a good group 2x per week between lifting days, and it's like HIT cardio w/ some strength benifits, but a lot more fun. Think flipping tires, pushing/pulling the prowler, and sledgehammer swings. I get about 80 miles on my road bike on the weekends. Going to work on my arms-specifically bi's because I have arms like someone who has done O-Lifts/Power Cleans, Etc.

Goal: Keep as much muscle and strength as possible while getting down to +/- 10%. See how I like Mast. I guess you would call it a re-comp. Been doing this a long time. I don't expect any miracles, but I'm sure I will have great results.
 
Gear pinned smooth as a baby's ass this AM too. I guess it's like riding a bike. Pinned that mystery ventrogluteal muscle that some people seem to have trouble finding :D. Went and did my strongman workout about 45 min. later to get the blood circulating through the area. This has always helped me with PIP.

I'll check back in when things start firing up.
 
This looks like a good cycle. For me personally, I can see doing this at 1/2 the dose you are using, and maybe a little Tren:drooling: I look forward to seeing updates.
 
Yeah I love tren, but I get real aggressive when I take it. Only side I get from tren. I have 2 young kids and don't want to snap at them.

My wife is ok with me going back on juice lol. She just asked for no tren for the time being. I've been off for a while, so I'm saving the tren for later anyways.

I'm still under a gram a week with this cycle. It's very moderate.
 
Dbol pumps are starting and it's only day 3. I always respond fast to it. Had a nice shoulder pump in the gym this AM. I generally don't bloat out at less then 30mg. I guess the fact that these expired 2 years ago doesn't matter :D

Can't wait for this test and mast to start kicking in.

Well small update: I dropped the Dbol Saturday. I got it from a friend years ago, and was told it was fire. I don't know if it is because it expired or what, but my BP felt like it was shooting through the roof about an hour after taking only 10mg, and I was getting some weird bloat in my ankle that I thought was an estrogen issue. Thought I was going to have to jump on Nolva/Stane. Anyways, I dropped the Dbol and it went away by last night. Maybe it was methyl-test or something. I never had effects like that from a small dose of Dbol before. I think something must have been up with the tabs because I would think that the only effect of expired tabs in a vacuum sealed package might be a lose of some actual dosage, but who knows.

Anyways, the test and mast is pinning smooth, and the test is starting to kick in because all I want to do is train and fuck, rinse and repeat. Things should start coming together in the next week or so.
 
I've gotten ankle and wrist swelling from anadrol. I actually had to get my watch resized. Never had it with dbol tho. Good luck with your cycle, ill be following.
 
Yeah I don't want to deal with more water then necessary. Another week or so and everything will start kicking in nicely so I will be good.
 
Yeah, I read somewhere that most orals are just methyl T and that sounds like the side effect you are getting.

You can get Var from BP. Its not on the list...but it is available.
