Nope 120lbs fart hard enough I fly across the room and that my friend is why I'm desperate for help!

how old are you? by the way wrong section to post this.

And i don't mean to come at you wrong but you shouldn't be taking anything other then surplus of food at your way. You are shortly shy of being in the category of a runway model for victoria secret.

31 and I know I didn't realize it till after I posted and I never take offense lol I'm happy I don't look like I weight 115-120 most people guess I'm around 140 so I have no idea why I don't way more but hey you gave me a good idea I'm going to go fill out an app for VS

how about you actually train and eat instead of trying to pump yourself full of drugs. you need to actually have a decent bit of tissue on your frame so a 1 or 1.5 inch needle doesn't just strike bone

photo 3(3)_1_1.jpg Honestly I have been training and thought I was taking in 3000 cals a day but finding out mass drinks don't count I'm tossing the shit Idk if this helps but maybe showing you how my muscles are might help figure out what I'm doing wrong photo 3(3)_1_1.jpg

And I'm on trt 300mg test c every 2 weeks for 10yrs

Wait a minute... You've been on TRT for 10 years? That means you started TRT at the early age of 21.

I find it really hard to believe that any reputable physician would put you on TRT at that age. My youngest brother just tried to get on TRT because of low Test levels and he was turned away for being to young. He just turned 25.

For the record I'm not calling you a lair, just trying to get the facts straight. ;)

Started trt after my son was born my first shot was 11/5/2004 went in case I still looked 12 and was getting posses every one thought I was his brother

TRT @ 21 y/o, crazy. Well if you're trying to make some gains I'd say maybe drop the test e, continue the sus and tren e to make things simple. Focus more on you're diet than the drugs, don't think you're eating enough bro.

not sure if you can see this well but I'll I can find is the graph when I started online I think records are to old to pull up what my levels were at when I started but I know they were low as shit but high enough to still have a kid

Those numbers are a little low, but not so bad that I would suggest using AAS at your age. As everyone has stated your diet is probably the most important thing you need to change at this point in your life. But what is your training schedule look like? What types of lifts are you doing? Weight? Reps?

I also was a hard gainer and something that helped me was getting a little stop watch and I would set it to go off every 2 hours. When my stop watch went off I had to eat. Sometimes it was just a PB&J sandwich and some fruit or broccoli. Sometimes it was a whole meal. But I HAD to eat every 2 hours! I did this religiously for 6 months and I gained 8lbs. So believe me, I know where you’re coming from...

Above was my advice to a young guy who had similar test levels as what you posted. My suggestions for you are the same. If you're on TRT I would just continue to cruise at whatever level your doctor has recommended. But you need to be training at least 5 days a week and your carb & Protein intake needs to increase.

I posted in the other forum too been getting great advice from all of you I train (mma) from 6am-6pm (on and off) mon-Sat and lift from 8pm-10pm mon tues thurs Fri right now I'm doing JYM shortcut to size I take in 3000 cals 50% pro 30% carbs 20% fat but I uped my carbs Sunday to 50% to see if I need more carbs I would stick to just what the doc tells me but doing that I can't keep the weight on I'm able to get to 125 for my fights but I have to take 2 weeks off training sit on my ass and eat then after my fight the weight goes away and taking 2 weeks off before a fight sucks I feel slow and under trained
