Any updates?!
Yes man! Sry lol..definitely been MIA and people haven't seemed to be too interested..but strength is through the roof and my weight has fluctuated this week between 239-242. Overall staying fairly lean..switched my diet up so I'm currently doing meal preps for a show in a few months. Right now doing about 5 meals a day at 6oz protein, 6oz white rice, and about a cup of broccoli per meal. Not to include my snacks. Really responsive to fats in a good way so I eat a ton of peanut butter or almond butter. Usually on a rice cake.
Just hit a legit leg day today

Then just hit the leg press after and pounded out different variations of foot placement and killed my calves. I'll see what I have as far as an updated pic goes..I'll take some in the near future!
