Domestic to where exactly? NW? Are you from the USA and saying you'd prefer a source that sets up shop in the northwestern region of the USA?
What exactly is your issue with the northeast, southeast or other parts of this country? Are you some type of separatist or mountain man?

Overseas is where your raws are gonna originate from....China specifically. Now, if you ARE, in fact, from the west coast you would be wise not to attempt a delivery of raw steroid powder from China as your chances for seizure are greater than if you lived in one of the states you have obvious disdain for from say the northeast. What are your views on Commonwealths?
Anyway, you may want to consider a remailer from say the Empire State? That would be a strategy I would consider in plotting this federal crime you've conjured up.

If you want a source and to not get burned... Go to google type in what you want look at a website, read about it here on meso to see if its bueno or bu hao. Read on here a lot, its an awesome board. I cant believe all the info on here. These guys are great, you can learn how to get gear, not get burned, and what to do not to get thrown in jail. Read and read and read some more. And don't try to reinvent the wheel [
