I've been lifting and aiming to do bodybuilding for the last 4 years and thanks to my genes I'm a very slow muscle gainer and easy fat gainer ...
My progress has been good due to hard training and dieting . And I've also done 2 cycles for bulking some muscle mass firs cycle was*Deca*300-600mg a week and*sust*500-750mg a week had the proper*pct*of*nolvadex*and*proviron*so my*testand estrogen levels are all good 2nd cycle was*tren200-400mg per week and*test*mix 325mg 650mg per week cycles lasted 8to 10 weeks...
My weight is up to 235lbs and my bf is around 14% my height is 1.83m*Max bench is 340lbs max squat is 350lbs max dead lift is 440lbs
Reason for this cycle is to shred my last bit of fat down to 8% so I can actually start looking better then just a bloated boy and more like a hard junior bodybuilder ...
My cycle looks as followWinstrol*50mg eod so looking at 150-200mg per week 4 weeks runningTest cyp*200mg twice a week and then bump it up to 600mg from week 4-8Venom 1-2caps daily*
Workout 5days a week 5 day split program with 5km jog and some abs every 2nd night*
I don't know much about winstrol so is my winstrol enough or do I need more or less
I'm going to take*Clomid*as a pct do I need something else ??
Please look past the age cause I'm not abusing steroids I only do 1-2 light cycles a year for my body weight and size cause I want to do it for the rest of my life*
