Test/Deca My first damn time... Plz comment

So, after a while of researching this is what I've come up with. I was originally going to go straight oral but damn... I love my liver.

I want to do a 6-8 week cycle
Weekly: 250MG of DECA
500MG of TEST CYP

Then CLOMID at end of cycle:
300mg day 1
100mg day 2-11
50mg day 12-21

Should I worry about gyno with this cycle? This is the first time touching any of this stuff so I'm nervous as hell about side effects. I didn't want to use pins but this seems a lot better than any oral only cycle... its cheaper... and liver and gyno effects are lesser.

Also, spotinjections.com isn't showing any images for me. Any other sites out there for a detailed instruction of injecting?

Oh, my Dad is trying his first cycle too and he wants to just use Dbol. This is the cycle setup I told him.
8 Weeks of Dbol @ 25mg a day.
900mg of ALA every day.
The same CLOMID as above.
I told him to have some Nolvadex in case of gyno.

I appreciate any comments/suggestions.

let us have some stats...age,weight,how long you been training ect...then we maybe able to help a little better

22yrs old, 168lbs but I'm extremely ectomorphic. I've been lifting for 2 years solid and have just hit a stand still.

there is no way you hit a plateau at 22 dude.i cant suggest that you jump into aas quite yet.my personal advise to you is to eat more,and change your routine if your not moving up any.do visit the training and nutrition forums on this board also.i just dont your ready for aas at this time.

Well... I just now separated from the Navy and I spent the past 9 of 12 months underway. I was eating every meal served and taking hundreds in supplements. I haven't met many people with a metabolism as insane as mine. At 168lbs I'm benching 225 right now. I don't see how I can switch up my routine all that much. Size has always been my number one goal which most people might think is funny but when you weigh 120lbs at 6' even eating all the damn time... it doesn't seem all that silly for long. So... I'm gaining no weight. The only thing slightly improving still is my leg workout.

So, I'm done with the cash spent on supplements I piss out. This is what I'm moving up to. I will visit the nutrition forum and I'm always reading up on workouts as well. I just want some advice on the cycle I'm thinking of starting. :)

Who else on here does cycles with their Dad?

I don't know anything about your Dad, but that cycle is terrible and it seems neither one of you should be doing anything anytime soon.

no no no....deca shouldnt be higher than test.test should always be the base of your cycle.

your 22 and in the navy when did you have time for a phd?actualy both cycle especially your fathers need work.if your goingto do it,then read and research a ton more than you have.i dont think that you should just yet,but i will respect your freedom to make your decisions and do what you want....just be careful,you mess up yourself.

Opinions are like a$$holes... So basically the more the merrier. It is funny though when people like sixfeetwhateverthefuck post the cycle is horrible when phreezer outlines the same exact thing in the sticky.

So... back to the original question. In detail... what should be tweaked?

OK, I'll play. I agree with maxx, but if you're gonna do this here's what I think: I don't think the 250mgs/wk of Deca is going to do anything for you. Bag the Deca and save it for later. Just run the Test at 500mgs/wk for 8-10wks - it will produce solid gains on its own (along with proper training and nutrition) The Deca would be better at 400mgs/wk (1-10) with 500mgs Test (1-12) but for your first cycle, keep it simple - Test only. See how your body responds. You could also run the Test at 500mgs (1-8 or 10) and 30mgs Dbol ED (1-4) fairly safely. But again for your first time, not knowing how your body reacts, Test at 500mgs (1-10) is a no brainer. Your PCT looks fine.

Gyno should not be problem, but everyone is different, so keep an eye open.

As for your Pops - Dbol only is not a good cycle. Any gains will most likely be water and lost. 8wks is too long for Dbol, 25mgs ED is not enough (IMO) but we know nothing about your Dad so its hard to say much more than that cycle sucks. Test is the base of any cycle.

No sure what your problem is with spotinjections is, it is working for me.

Now, tell us about your diet and training plans.
 
Where does Phreezer recommend an 8wk cycle of Dbol at 25mgs a day?

The cycle of the Test and Deca was OK. 8 wk cycles are OK. Your PCT was OK.
 
Thanks for the info man. I'm definately thinking about test only but my body seriously rips most stuff up. I've always had to almost double my supplements to get any results and I'm already eating over 3k calories a day. I don't do ANY cardio either because it just burns precious calories.

Here is my current workout schedule: I just keep it rotating so there aren't set weekdays. Also, I lift heavy so I don't do over 6 sets for any specific body part and I keep my reps at 8-10. This is the only method that actually increased my mass.

Day 1: Chest, Shoulder (also traps), Abs
Day 2: Arms (Bi,Tri,Forearm), Lats, Back
Day 3: Legs, Abs
Day 4: Rest if Needed

Again, I lift heavy and my sets are low so I organize it like this because I'm able to go heavy.

My abs don't do shit... ever. They're like steel plating but they aren't gaining size. I've been doing only low situps with a ton of weight on my chest but its to the point where my lower back hurts from and still my abs don't grow out. So any pointers there would rock...

For supplements I'm drinking 2 Myoplex DLX shakes. One in the morning after breakfast and another after I workout. I was taking weight gainer but it seriously did Nothing and cost too much for the garbage results. I also quit creatine which was great because I basically shrank back down once the water left. I'm taking amino's after my workout (Twinlab) and regular Centrum Silver. I hydrate very well also... especially since I take so many supplements.
 
How tall are you at 168 lbs? I was not not much more than that (180lbs) at 6'-4" so I was a skinny mofo. I put on about 45 lbs naturally after about 10 years of lifting, eating and reading everything on here and the internet took every sup out there from vanadyl to creatine to prohormones along the way, I also dropped alot of cash on that stuff. The last few years I have added about 25lbs and stay between 230 and 250 year round. I feel I could get up to as much as 275, but I don't want to buy another wardrobe anytime soon. I was a hardgainer too, but it will come.

No cardio is a good idea - you definately don't need it if your trying to pack on size. Your abs are there, just underneath some fat but at 168 lbs you can't be very fat unless your 4"-2" Some cardio and diet work will bring out the abs. There are other things you can take as well to assist such as T3 and clen, but you sound like don't need it, and I would stay away from those items. Great abs are hard work but at your age and metabolism you have an advantage. Pack on the mass and worry about your abs later.

You ever think you may be overtraining? 6 sets per body part may be too much. Check out the trainiing forum for routines and splits. Watch out and don't go too heavy if your on cycle your first time. You strength will go up but the rest of your body (tendons) may not be up to the increased loads - causing an injury.

Calories 4000 ED; protein 250-300 ED; carb up and you will grow. Good multi vitamin and the aminos can't hurt. Get plenty of rest. Check out the nutrition forum. Keep track of your food etc...

Mostly sound advice except I do not agree that 6 sets per body part are too much. That is not entirely true, if you wanna grow then do what seperates the men from the boys; train hard and mix it up, six sets is fine for smaller muscle groups but for the larger ones such as quads, legs, back and chest, you'll want
to do more, heck I even do more for Bi's and Tri's and calves!

As for the cycle, well, it's your first cycle, if you're going to do it then go for it
and do the Test/Deca. That wasn't my first but the second cycle I did was Sust/Deca 500 Test/400 Deca and I blew up like something else.

I would say it would be safe to do a stack but it wouldn't hurt at all
to start out with 500mg Test only for 8-10 weeks for your 1st cycle to see
how well your receptors react. Your decision.

I'm extremely intersted to see how my body will grow with AAS and not just supplements and hard work. So starting with just test should give me a great idea as to what I could expect with more.

One Question though... I've had people mention HCG instead of CLOMID. Is there a general community preference in this? From what I'm reading there really isn't. CLOMID even seems more widely used but if you can just take HCG once a week for 4 weeks then then that is what I'd rather do. What do you guys think?

I've used clomid for PCT after many cycles but it makes me moody so I would
suggest trying HCG, but I would not suggest taking it only once a week. I would
take it at 500IU per day for atleast 2 weeks if not more. Generally a kit will last
you a month or so at this dosage to get the boys back in business. I would also
take 50mg of Nolva a day for a few weeks.

Clomid works well but I've stopped using it because of the emotional sides. That's just me. I don't like crying over sappy movies or what not. :-)

If you're going to use clomid try taking it 2 weeks after your last inject for
3 weeks at night before bed to lessen the emotional factor during wake hours
at: week 1 : 50mg/day - week 2: 100mg/day - week 3: 50mg day.
