Test/deca/tren question

I'm wanting to run test and deca. Not sure if I'm going with test p and npp or long ester.

But my question is, could I add tren a toward the end of the cycle to "clean up" and harden up? If so how many weeks? Or would var or winny be better?

Also in your experience should I go with test p/npp or test c/deca long ester?
 
The short or long Ester of nandrolone will depend on how long you want to run your cycle. I personally always run test cypionate or enanthate except for pre-contest. But that's just because you get more milligrams for your buck as well as only injecting twice a week instead of every other day.
On the nandrolone I did a 10 week Deca cycle and learned for myself the DECA didn't really start kicking in until about week 5 so personally if you're going to do 10 or 12 weeks I would do NPP which is what I plan to do on my next bulk cycle. But if you're going to do a 16 to 20 week cycle you'd probably rather do deca.
As far as the tren I've never done them both together I've done each of them separate though. Most people on here will probably tell you not to mix to 19 Nor steroids. Personally I think Tren is pretty harsh on the body and the works wonders but at a cost if side effects. unless you really need it for contest or something important I would stick to VAR or masteron something to get you hardened that's less harsh on the body.
 
Thank you for that in depth reply! I'm thinking I want to do 10-12 weeks test p/npp. I'm think 100mg each EOD. Since they're body short esters can I drop them at the same or drop the deca before like the long ester?

If I threw var in, would last 6 weeks be sufficient?
 
Yes you would drop them both at the same time. Masteron or the VAR would also be fine to drop at the same time.
As far as how long would you run them it really depends on what are your stats right now and what are you trying to achieve. Are you focusing more on bulking up or are you more focusing on gaining a few pounds and then cutting the second half of the cycle? I personally always do a bulk and then a cut separate. So i would do 10 weeks of bulking 8 - 10 weeks off and then 10 weeks of cutting. The reason I would separate it is because I would want to eat to bulk and get the full 10 weeks out of my bulk cycle with my bulk nutrition plan. Then while I'm in between Cycles or on my cruise I would slowly start to taper my calories down. Then the reason you would want to do a cutting cycle it's so that you don't lose muscle mass as you do your calorie deficit cutting diet and also it's going to help the muscles obviously be harder and more chiseled vascularity muscle striations Etc. I feel you need the full 10 weeks of bulking to get really solid muscle gains and you need a good 12 weeks on a solid diet and training program to get really nice and lean and chiseled. But it really depends on your personal goals and where your starting point is
 
I'm going to just run solely a bulk on npp and test p then cut later like you said! Thank you for that! Is 100 of each EOD a good starting since I've never ran deca of any sort?
 
you should be happy with npp and test. You will get great results. Tren is overkill.

I was thinking so the more I researched it. Im going to get caber just in case I need it. But I'm going to run my adex .25 EOD and adjust it from there

How many days after your last pin of test p and npp before you start pct? And I've read you shouldn't use nolvadex is you're using deca. Were they referring to nolvadex on cycle or in my PCT?
 
100mg eod of each should be good. It's definitely enough to get some gains and still be on the safer side. Not sure what your long-term plans are but something I've learned over time is to try and buy extra when you're able to it's always better to have extra and be able to bump the dosage up if needed and then if you don't need to you'll have extra I'm sure it'll come in handy in the future but if you're not sure then you could just buy enough to do 100 every other day.
There's a lot of mixed advice about running your test higher than your nandrolone. But there's guys out there who say that you can run your nandrolone double of your test I think it's trial and error and each person May respond different. Personally when I did nandrolone I was running 300 a week with 500 a week of test. As far as getting Deca dick people will tell you that if you don't have your test higher than that you will suffer from it but I've actually known people that run their Deca twice as high as their test and claim to be fine.
I'm not the best person for the post cycle stuff. I usually ran .5 Arimidex 2 times a week on cycle.
The only PCT I've used is Clomid. So personally I would go Arimidex keep that going for 2 weeks post cycle and then start Clomid 100 mg a day for 5 days then 50 mg 10 days then dropped to 25mg 10-15 days. There's controversy with adding some nolvadex some people say HCG too. It seems like on this form most people are against the HCG but I have some people who guided me that pro level bodybuilders as well as I like to follow Seth Feroce who swears by HCG post cycle. I can't say I have studies or blood work to prove either way. Thanks for taking the time to read my thorough replys lol
 
Sorry one more thing it doesn't hurt to have the caber on hand I've done tren a couple times and deca once I've never had caber and ever needed it. I was actually earlier reading on on this topic and a guy was saying you don't need it that prolactin does not cause gyno it's the estrogen with the prolactin that cause the guy know so as long as you keep your estrogen down the elevated prolactin won't affect you. I don't know nothing about this topic just letting you know something you might want to look into more period for me I won't be using caber
 
Yes have caber and AI on hand. Also grab a vial or tw ectra in case you want to bump up the dose from 400-500. What cycle is this? I gained a shit load off 500 test and 300 deca my second cycle. 30 lbs. It was all solid weight.
 
I ran test, npp and Tren A. Keeped it short esters minus the Test. Was a damn good run, got extremely large and strong. I didn't experience any bad sides from running both 19nors. Although Tren sometimes will give me a pea size flare on left nip. Easy Novla solved that quick. Just have all ancilliaries on hand. Keep estro in check from the beginning. Get mid cycle bloods.

Ran them for longer than I would like to say. Il call it 16weeks. Good luck
 
That's crazy running tren that long! 10 weeks is max for me. I'll never bulk on it again either not worth the night sweats, hairless, insomnia etc for me. This prep I took it out of the line up as well but next year for nationals I'm all in with tren to go for that pro card! Good to hear someone who ran 2 19-nors successfully!

I kno brotha im not proud to say it nor do I condone it. I cycle cholesterol meds now if I run it that long but rather play it safe and keep it 10-12 week run. Looking shreeded and large in that AVI my brotha. Nice wheels too!

Thanks! That was almost 1 year ago. Cutting down for shows now can't wait to see the progress
 
You don't need caber. You NEED to have a real ai and get bloodwork to see your e2 and get it right.
 
Thank y'all! That's what I read too that caber isn't necessary if your e2 is in check. I've seen some people say do mon/wed/fri is fine and other say it's not. Could I do three times a week or just EOD pins
 
I used to do every other day but now going Monday Wednesday Friday. It's up to you theoretically every other days a little bit better but I'd rather just bump up the dose a little bit and do Monday Wednesday Friday it's easier to keep track of and if you're going to do 300 a week 100 monday-wednesday-friday is easier to dose
