Test, DHB, nandrolone, dbol cycle.

Good news though, I’m gaining weight and size like crazy. Sitting at 212lbs as of yesterday. Probably 213 by today, with how fast I’ve been gaining.
 
Ime, stress and anxiety will skyrocket your bp. Hematocrit has no/barely influence on it. The combination of both might be very bad tho.

I used to have anxiety, like real panicattacks. Started to think my heart was fucked up so I went to the doctor to get a simple bp measurement, pretty damn high at 150/90. Mind you, I was already stressing then. He prescribed me a mild beta blocker and sended me to the cardiologist.

When I went there to do all kind of tests, I thought I'd get bad new, there was no way my heart couldn't had any damage from doing all the meth, combined with very frequent panicattacks later on in my life. My bp readings there were 180/90-170/90 while on beta blockers. Fuck me.

He gave me a '24h bp reading-test'. It basically measures your bp every 20min for 24h. At that time I was relaxed since my heartecho came back good.

My mean bp was 120/65. That was the mean of 24h readings.

The moral of the story is: stress and anxiety fucks up your readings very bad. Especially when you are worrying since the precious reading was high. If you take your bp on let's say 3 occasions per day, and those 3 occasions are stressfull for you, you will get inaccurate readings. Making you stress more.

Did you made an appointment or did you ran to the hostipal because you felt something?

I went to the ER due to some unrelated stuff, checking out a back injury. Necessary because of circumstances. It’s relieving to hear all that though. I still think I should get put on some BP meds though, considering my normal BP is always around 140/80.

ER stands for emergency room right? Did you hurt yourself than? Hope everything is fine.

I think a 24h reading test is the best way to see if you need bp meds or not. Based on all my readings (before the 24h results), the cardiologist wanted me on a heavy dose of beta blockers. I declined and said I wanted to wait after the results came in. And boy I was happy I did that.

End of workout. Skin splitting pump, and delts were on fire.
It’s crazy how much I’m growing with this stack of anabolics and gh. I mean it really is insane. I’ve never put on size and weight so quickly. Eating 4200-4600cal and 250+ grams of protein. Gear is still the same, 250 test EOD, 150 deca EOD, 150 DHB EOD, plus proviron. And 4iu GH ED, with 6iu on leg day. At a solid 214lbs currently, with visible abs, not shredded, but they’re definitely visible.
 
Yesterday was back day. Went like:

3x12 @ 200lb

Seated cable row:

Wide grip lat pulldown:
3x15 @ 140lb

Bent over DB rows:
1x20 w/ 35lb DBs
3x15 w/ 50lb DBs
1x20 w/ 45lb DBs

Double grip row machine (horizontal pull):
4x20 @ 160lbs

Bent over rows:
3x20 @ 95lbs

Finished up with 1 mile jog on the treadmill @ 4mph.
 
Took a day off from the gym yesterday for some leisure time. Went to the state fair with my girl, and wasted a bunch of money, but had a good time overall. I believe I’m going to start trying some low volume site injections. Last night I decided to give it a shot (no pun intended) and pinned .7cc of test cyp into both of my traps. I’m convinced my delts are so disproportionately large, because for the longest time they were my go-to injection site. The spots I regularly inject, are always larger. Like my ventroglute area has even significantly increased in size, and my ass overall. But delts especially. I believe site injecting your gear will make the muscle grow, assuming they’re used regularly. Maybe it’s from inflammation, oil volume, or some other mechanism, but it works.

I heard it can be due to the added calories of the oil fueling the muscle “broscience” ??
 
Anyone ever heard of HGH increasing estrogen levels or causing gyno? Since starting gh I’ve had to increase my AI dosage quite a bit, even with the addition of proviron. Gyno has been flairing up big time since starting gh. Ordered some nolvadex and raloxiphene to hopefully kill the lumps completely, but I don’t understand why gh would be causing this in the first place?
 
Delts are pronounced, each getting a few mls a week?
They were a favorite injection site of mine for a long time, but I honestly don’t use them that much anymore. I think so many injections over the last couple years made them grow like weeds. They’ve always been a bit larger than the rest of me though.
 
Just tried some site injection with a syringe full of test E test C, DHB, and deca. Pinned .5cc in each pec, and 1.25cc in each lat. regret the chest injections already, that shit always hurts me. Especially with this high PIP gear, site injections really suck. Also, on the left lat I don’t think I went deep enough, cuz I went in at an angle instead of straight in, and now I have a little lump. Used 25g 5/8in pins for each shot. Gonna go train back, and hopefully work some of the soreness out. Probably gonna pump up the chest too, in an attempt to do the same.

Seated cable rows (close grip):
1x25 @ 90lbs

1x12 @ 180lbs

Wide handle grip lat pulldown:
3x15 @ 120lbs

Three exercise superset w/
- standing close grip cable rows
- lat pulldowns
- seated wide handle grip cable rows
3x25 @ 180lbs (standing rows)
3x10 @ 110lbs (lat pulldown)
3x15 @ 100lbs (seated rows)
Did each exercise consecutively, 1 set standing rows, 1 set pulldown, 1 set seated rows, and repeat. No rest between sets.

Reverse DB flys:
3x15 w/ 20lb DBs

DB bent over rows:
3x15 w/ 45lb DBs

Reverse pec deck (rear delt flys):
3x20 @ 140lbs

Chest press machine: (just trying to work some soreness out of my pecs after that shot)
3x20 @ 100lbs

End of workout. Really enjoyed this workout, got an amazing pump in the lats and arms. Drank BCAAs, and creatine intraworkout. Not sure how beneficial this actually is, but every little bit helps, and if I have the stuff, I might as well use it. I don’t always use intraworkout supplements, because honestly a lot of the time, they end up making me nauseous. Certain preworkouts do the same, or if I eat too close to gym time. But today everything seemed to go perfect. Came home, pinned my post workout 2.4iu gh, lady packed my lunch, and off to work.
 
Week 10 and 1 day of this blast.

I haven’t been in my log in quite a while now. Got tired of feeling like I was talking to myself, logging all the workouts and everything lol. But I figured I’d post an update today.
I’m hovering around 218lbs, and I’m quite a bit leaner than when I started. Still running the EOD pinning schedule with test E, DHB, and Deca, but last week I decided to add masteron. 100mg of mast enanthate and 100mg of mast propionate EOD. I’ve also been taking 25-30mg of anadrol 4-5 days a week.? I WILL be adding tren acetate soon, but I’m not sure when exactly or how much. I’m thinking maybe 100mg EOD starting next week, but I’m a bit nervous honestly lol. I’m probably going to stop the deca when I add the tren. So the last 9 weeks or so of this blast will probably look like:
250mg Test E EOD (875mg a wk)
130mg DHB EOD (455mg a wk)
100mg masteron E EOD (350mg a wk)
100mg masteron P EOD (350mg a wk)
100mg tren A EOD (350mg a wk)

Not entirely sure what I might do with orals. I have winstrol than I’m interested in using, as well as anavar, and anadrol. Currently using the anadrol at a low dose, so I might continue that, or swap it out for a low dose of winstrol. Also considering dropping the DHB.
