Test E 425mg + var last 4 weeks first cycle log

Just did some body composition testing with the kinesiologist teaching my training course. Weight is currently 244 lbs, bf% came back at 18%

what did you use to measure it?
Two different forms of bioelectrical impedance. One with a device w/ two handles that you input all your metrics into like height weight etc, the other was a spot checker that measures muscle quality and bf% overtop of the muscle and marbling of the muscle, using both we determined the 18% calculation probably wasn't far off, because I was ranging from 10-14% on my arms and back and legs, and closer to 20% on my abdomen where I carry most of my fat
 
Update: chest day today, PR'd 225 for 10 reps, then 8, then 7.

Strength continues to increase, everything is feeling tighter, and the shoulder pumps are debilitating even with proper vitamins, so thats a win and a loss all in one.

Not time for bloods yet. Gyms closed in my area on Dec 22 till Jan 18th, but I have a bit of a setup I can still use to blast shoulders and arms, as well as some back and chest. Haven't taken any pics recently but can update with pics later. Going to do shoulders and arms today
 
Don't have anyone to take pics so this is the best I could do, sitting at 254.4 post workout, planning to begin the cutting phase now

Got a barbell and safety cage now+ 350ish lbs of plates. Hit 315 for 1 for a 20 lb pr on bench today.

This has been my long term lifting goal basically since I started so I'm super happy with that. Afterwards I backed down to 225 for 6 sets of 9 reps, basically just called it good when I only hit 6, and did some accessory cable work.

Today was more about focusing on bench technique and volume rather than intense accessory work. That will be for the next chest day
 
Weighed in at 258 lbs yesterday. I think I have been gaining water weight like crazy because I only recently added 2 gallons to my daily intake because I'm retarded and didn't scale my water appropriately for my cycle. Calories and meals have been the same for the past 3 weeks. Changed Pic to hide personal info

Back day today. Kept it to a couple movements and did lots of them. 5x5 pull ups, 5x8-12 bb row, 3x lat cable pull down drop sets and 3x cable row drop sets.

Macros are currently 300g carbs 300g protein and about 60g fat accounting for all sources. Mainly chicken and rice but also eggs bagel and avocado in the morning.

Calories sitting around 4500 based on that. Eating this much fucking sucks but I was also the strongest I have been in my life this week and from what the mirror can tell, still putting on quality tissue.

Chest day today, I think I need a rest day after hitting 315 last week, felt strong today but also a tinge of shoulder pain.

3x10 bench press 225
3x10 Incline db bench 160 (80lb db)
6x10 cable cross diagonal (3 sets up and 3 down)
3x10 dB flies 30 lb dbs
2x10 pullovers 80lb dumbell (this kinda hurt my left shoulder hence 2 sets, I have fixed the cause of my shoulder pain but obviously my stabilizing muscles were a bit shot from my last heavy chest day.)

How do you like your progress so far ? Satisfied? Eating tons of food sucks you will have to keep eating to maintain post cycle also.

Loving it, training is on a whole new level, and seeing the size in the mirror and weight on the scale makes eating that much easier. After my cycle I plan to scale my dose down and cruise. Doing this to bodybuild not just get beach muscles, so I have already decided b+c rather than cycle off and pct.

This wasn't just on a whim though, I weighed pros and cons of each side and decided b+c rather than Rollercoaster by starting and stopping.

All my pr's are going up, I have an amazing mental outlook every day, energy is high and life is looking vibrant. Can't complain all things considered

Have you considered to keep bulking? Or are you set to go straight to cut as you planed?
Also do you use hcg to keep testicles functioning? Taking into account that you are still young and to preserve fertility?

I need to decide if I want to do long term HCG or just freeze some boys for later use. My plan is to keep bulking and gaining, slightly recomping just because I'm getting a little fluffy now, not cutting until I finish my blast

Thats smart on both points. You are a smart fella for your age a recomp is the way to go for you and var will help you with that .
Freezing is good also watch your pregnenolone and dhea levels as those can take a dive in time if B/C and no hcg. There are blood tests for that but till you feel fine don't worry about it to much .
You are starting to look like a bodybuilder , try to get most out of small dosadges for as long as you can and be consistent and you will see you goals come to life. Wish you luck will be checking your progress from time to time which is great so far.

I appreciate the vote of confidence, thank you bro. Bloods will be done hopefully within this month. What's the pre blood test protocol if I do ed Injections? Just do my injection as normal and go in? Or wait to do my shot till after I get it done?
