I see much of what I requested has already been posted in narrative form YET wo the units or lab reference ranges, all of which are important, but especially your PRECYCLE TT / E-2 ratio!
Did you use the SAME LAB for pre and mid-cycle blood work?
Bc your E-2 is inconsistent with your TT level i'd suggest you obtain a PEAK levels at roughly 30 hours after your next pin.
In addition bc E-2 values can vary considerably from day to day esp during a cycle NOTHING should be done wo repeating the assay.
Moreover since your only hypoestrogenemic symptom that is reasonably consistent with a low E-2 level is joint aches, and that's the norm for most folk who start a new lifting regimine, attempts to "increase your E-2"
are ill advised at this juncture IMO
