Looking to add maybe another 30lbs to my bench press by the end of the cycle. Seems though that I'll be adding more than that as I plan to run var for the last 4-6 weeks of my cycle along with my test. Haven't shown any signs of hiting a plateau soon. The gear is definitely doing something. Not seeing to much in terms of gains but strength is up. Eating 4k calories any only gained 2 lbs. Will have to up my calorie intake I guess.
