Test e/dbol/winny cycle

Hey guys I'm 25years old 6'2" tall and 183lb heavy.
I've done one cycle of test prop for 10 weeks, but because of traveling to another country for a new job and being unable to train and eat properly I've lost half of my gains. Been 3 months from cycle and I'm thinking of doing more serious one this time. My plan follows:
Test e 250mg e3d w 1-12
Dbol 30mg ed w 1-4
Winny 30mg ed w 10-14
Hcg 250 ui e3d w 1-12 or 1-14?
Aromasin 12.5mg eod w 1-14
Nolva 40mg ed w 15-16
Clomid 100mg ed w 15-16
Nolva 20mg ed w 17-18
Clomid 50mg ed w 17-18
Liv52 ed w 1-18

My goal is to get 15-22 pound of lean mass, will train 6 times a week push/pull/legs split. Start with around 3500 kcal carbs 40% protein 30% fats 30% and change accordingly to weight progression.

Any advice is much appreciated. Cheers
 
test dose is low should be bumped to 400-500mg (ecpert will chime in with some kinda ridiculous low dose don’t listen he’s an escaped project from the hills have eyes)

winny and dbol seem counterproductive for somebody with your experience , maybe just stick with one.

should hold off on AI until needed

how long have you been training ? what’s your body fat? how long have you been researching? most guys will tell ya 25 is on the younger side for aas

Yea for test e I was thinking 250mg every 3 days so that comes to 500-600mg a week?

Probably will stick with dbol then, but idea behind winny was to dry out at the end of the cycle and 30mg is on the lower side for both of those orals so I was thinking why not. So I'm open on discussing more about that.

Ok, will hold on AI then. Didn't need it on test only.

I'm training for 5 years, bf around 8-10 even tho scale says 6.5% I don't think that's true cuz I have lil belly fat. I know I didn't reach my natty potential yet but I just wanna get there faster and then maintain. I've been researching for about two months, that's why I'm open to the advice.
 
oh i didn’t notice e3d. that’s much better , although might be a little over kill usually bi weekly is good enough im sure more experienced guys will give you better advice on that.
post of photo without your face it will help determine your body fat and allow others to better advise you.

you should also get bloodwork beforehand , during ,
and after. make sure you’re estro is in check. do this cycle right and with respect and you’ll be on the road to great gains
 
So 500mg ew split in 2 mins it is, I think it's probably optimal. Will do bloodwork this time, it's a mistake I didn't do it last time.

So you guys think dbol at start and winny in the end is a bad idea for sure? Maybe I want too much from one cycle... I want to gain pretty good amount of mass and stay lean at the end. Should I do some other type of cycle then?

And thinking behind aromasin eod is that test and dbol aromatise, and taking hcg also ups estrogen levels its better to be preventive then reactive. You guys sure it's not needed?

Use mast instead of Winston. Or drop the Dbol and keep winstrol as a finisher at the end of your cycle.

The more you gain the more you lose after cycle. It becomes a vicious circle.
