Test E, Deca and Androl

Hi! Before I say anything more- I want to say that I know I came off as a dunce when I first started on meso. However, I believe in change and learning through experience. Now that’s out of the way..... In a few weeks, I plan on running a 12 week cycle of Test E, Deca and Androl. I stay on 150-200 mg of test per week year round as my natural test lvls are already low for someone of my age. This will be my first “blast” this year! I have not used Deca or Androl before and wanted some advice as to the best dosages to maximize lean muscle tissue. Here is what I have planned out thus far

daily caloric intake: anywhere from 3,400-3,650
A 5-6 day split consisting of 18-23 total sets per muscle group
I do not do a lot of “powerlifting” style training, as I focus mainly on hypertrophy and I have already pulled my lower back and tore my chest

*forgot to add I am currently hovering around 175-180 lbs give or take; I would estimate my bf% to be anywhere from 13-17% at the moment *wide range as I am not certain*

so, if anyone could give any advice on dosages/ anything I should change, etc, that’d be greatly appreciated

again; I am here as someone seeking advice, not someone looking to “stir the pot”
 
500 test 300 to 400 deca..... that should.be fine.

I'd be more worried about what you're eating
I'm not trying to be a dick here, but your history of gear that didnt work leads me to believe you weren't eating enough.

So... are you logging all your meals or are you guessing? I use myfitnesspal it works pretty well. Buy a scale for your food.

We dont build muscle out of test and deca, we build tissue with protein and fats and energy from carbs.

THE DIET IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART.

At your weight 3500 cals sounds like enough to build on. Dont be afraid to up it if need be.

Jump into the nutrition forum. I'm no diet expert but during my current cut I am really seeing what nutrition does to a physique. Im.running less gear than I ever have and getting the far better results.

500 test 400 deca is what I like. If you've never used deca, def monitor your e2. My first dance with it I felt great and it seemed out if nowhere my e2 was out of whack and I felt like shit until I got it down.
 
500 test 300 to 400 deca..... that should.be fine.

Thanks for the advice! I feel as if I may have to up calories honestly. Obviously I’m not trying to get fluffy, but at the same time, I feel as if my progress has come to a standstill. Especially in regards to strength. I feel as if I’m being BB rowing 315 for 8 for what feels like a decade. While I do understand not everyone responds to gear the same way; it is a pain to put it hard work and not see any legitimate changes. Thank you again. I will start logging
 
You will grow on test/deca cycle while eating sufficiently and training properly to support the process. Sounds like you have a plan to execute. Save the Drol for another cycle. You don’t need it right now. Monitor your estrogen levels. If needed, add an AI with moderate amounts to start with slowly. I use Aromasin at 12.5mg E3D, if required. You may need less.

Yea, I feel as tho I need to look closer at my e2. While I never have any gyno symptoms, I do get acne quite bad and sex drive can resemble that of an 80 year old grandpa. This go around I plan on keeping an AI on hand for those reasons. It’s very odd tho, never had gyno issues, but always seem to have other issues
