Test E, Deca, Dbol 16 week cycle

I've taken a while off of AAS. I started my first cycle last year with just Test E @ 500mg/w. I ended up doing Tren E and Test E for 12 weeks (can't remember doseage) after that intial cycle. I ended up going from 190 to 220. I did a really dumb cycle over the summer. I ended up running 1000mg Test E, 600 Tren E, and 300 Deca a week with no on cycle support, no liver support, and no PCT. I was dumb and uneducated, listening to gym bros and not doing my own research. Had mega sides, but all in all, everything leveled out after a while.

Now that I've been off for a while, I'm ready to start again.

I'm 6'1, 210 right now. This will be my first log. All AAS from Pharma com.

My cycle looks like this:

On-Cycle
1-6w 50mg Dianabol
1-12w 300mg Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca)
1-16w 500mg Test E
1mg Arimidex EOD
500mg HCG/week
NAC 1800mg/day for liver support

PCT
100/100/50/50 Clomid.

I will post before pictures tonight when I get off work but I wanted this thread up before I head home to see what you all think and if you'd make some changes, I'm definitely open to them. Trust me, compared to my mistake last summer, my girlfriend would thank your recommendations. From my research this seems like a solid cycle that isn't too over the top. Let me know what you think!

These two are depicting my last 8 months of so of gains.
 
These gains were all Pharmacom so I decided to stick with them. I did use another private source for one cycle but didn't like it nearly as much.
I've pinned twice so far (Mondays and Thursdays are easiest for me for 2x week pins).
Pinned the test in my right arse cheek with no pip (that's usually where I pin) and I've pinned the deca in my left arse cheek once and my left delt once, again neither had much pip.. Very small amount of soreness but it has been a while since I've pinned and been forever since I have in my delt. I've been on this now since Thursday February 11.. Nothing noticed yet. I'll keep this thread posted with results, pins, etc.
 
Lifted back with the lady yesterday.

Fixed lat pulldown: 12x130,180,225,270,290(only8)
T-Bar row: 12x45,90,135,180
Close grip lat pulldown on cable fly machine: Full rack(200) for 20x5
Neutral Grip Seated Row: 10x130, 180, 225, 270

Gotta say my strength has definitely gone up. I haven't attempted to do a full rack of fixed pulldowns in over a year when I was geared up hard. Never taken dbol before but only being on it 5 days as of yesterday, I gotta say I'm definitely enjoying it. Or maybe it was just a good day. Who knows.
 
Nothing crazy strict. Typically looks like 1 cup oats, protein with a cup of egg whites, or oats and 4 whole eggs.
1 cup rice 6 oz chicken/steak/beef (basically whatever I feel but I try to get red meat twic a day)
Lunch is 2 cup rice 10 oz chicken/steak/beef (I have more time to eat at lunch hour since I'm a salesman it's hard to get away from clients sometimes to eat)
1 cup rice 6 oz chicken/steak/beef before I leave work
If I'm hungry at this point before I go to the gym I'll down a package of poptarts
PWO - 2 scoops whey
2 cups rice and 6 oz chicken/steak/beef
Before bed 1 scoop casein with skim milk.

The rice I cooked last night I cooked 2 cups of white jasmine rice with 1 cup of red quinoa to see how I liked it and the quinoa adds a lot of flavor.

Ha I was just wondering what your calories and macros were but you went into detail there. I'll be following.
 
Lol woops. I'll keep this updated. Can't wait for these results. I can definitely feel this dbol. Stength is through the roof and I've never been a very strong person. Got legs tonight so we'll see what happens.
 
Shitty lift. Girlfriend pissed me off. Decided to lift shoulders instead. Not even bothering putting down what I lifted because I have no idea. Just went until I couldn't lift shit and my shoulders looked good.

Munching on 8oz beef and 2 cups rice for lunch... Decided to go next door to trader joes and get some peanut butter cup ice cream because I'm so 5%
 
Pinning tomorrow a day late because I'm at the lady's house and forgot my shit.
Did legs today. Solid lift. Leg extensions and curls to warm up. Dead lifted pyramid up to 315 and down to 135. 6 sets to failure.
Leg pressed quad focus deep. 4x12
Superset calf raised on leg press 4x20.
Squatted 4x12. Tried 315 for the first time in a while.. Only got 2 reps. Really bad knee problems..gotta get MRI to figure this out
Standing calf raises 4x20

Thinking about switching the test e to pharmasust 250 and run 500mg/week. Never used sus so I wanted to try it out.
 
Update: strength up. Didnt record last 2 lifts.. Lifted arms yesterday and chest today. Great lifts both of them. Arm pump was so insane I could barely lift them and my sleeves kept getting stuck. Always a great thing.

Thinking about giving my girl 20mgs of var, 20mgs winny, and 40mcg of clen.. Thoughts? The cycle would probably look like:
Week 1+2-10mg var, 10mg winny, 20mcg a day.
Week 3-6-20mg var, 20mg winny, 40mcg clen
Week 7+8-10mg var, 10mg winny, 20mcg clen. Thoughts?
 
She's ur girlfriend. I wouldn't give her shit besides clen. Even then if she's not serious about lifting there's no point

i would probably stick with either var or winny and just add the clen. i really dont have experience with female prepping for show maybe some other guys will chime in
Yeah I don't either. I ran her on var and clen before and she got pretty lean without dieting hard. I have a pack of winny from pharma com that I don't want so figured what the hell.

Great arm workout with the lady.
She's super stoked about starting her cycle.
There's another girl in our gym who ran primo and var and she looks great.
Weight is up to 217.. Probably a lot of water weight for only a weeks worth of cycling.
