Test E/Mast E/Adex Low Energy, Dizzy

Hey guys,

31, 5’ 9”, 195lbs, 9% bf, second cycle here. I am currently running

500mg Test E/week
400mg Mast E/week
.25mg arimidex EOD
2iu HGH/Day

Im in week 4 and currently feeling very low energy, dizzy, nauseous, and anxious. I was initially taking more Adex, but I crashed my E2 because of the slow ester of the Enanthates. But in week 4 I’m wondering do these sides I’m experiencing have anything to do with my E2? Should I Up the Arimidex?

I know without bloods this is all guesswork, but am hoping someone might’ve had the same experience and can offer some advice.

Thanks much.

Diet is clean, low sodium, water intake is great (Im basically drowning myself), sleep is good, always make sure at least 8 hours. In fact, hard time getting out of bed lately.

I would say it has something to do with the crashed e2. I've never done it personally, but have read about how bad guys feel when they go through that.

besides getting your E2 in check you should look at your sodium intake.

when you say “low sodium, water intake great” perhaps you’re not getting enough sodium. as well as potassium and or potassium chloride.

here’s just a quick google for the sodium, google the other stuff and check it out.

Boom, this. Hydration does not simply equal water intake. Electrolyte intake is very crucial

I use himalayan salt in my water help retain hydration I notice when I don’t use it I seem just to piss water out during my intake period n after a gallon my piss usually gets dark

X3 in hydration ratio. Your body does a great job telling you when to drink. Listen to it. Don’t drowned yourself and deplete your electrolytes as the others have mentioned. Should be an easy fix if that’s the problem.

Could always be hormonal. But with what you’ve said your cycle is you should be feeling great.

what if any nutritional supplements are you using?

Hey guys, thanks for the input -

Sodium is definitely low, but had some bp issues last cycle so wanted to combat that. I’ve been taking in some electrolytes from Gatorade zero, etc, not sure if that would help at all.

Nutritional supplement wise, I’m on

Cycle Support
Fish Oil
Glucosamine (for joints)
Multivitamin for men

I’m getting my bloods done today (NY State permitting...stupid laws on that here) and Hope to find out if it’s hormonal or not soon. In meantime I’m taking a break this week from my shots to see how that makes me feel.

Use NUUN not Gatorade, that's got hardly anything

Good call. I was just diagnosed with hyponatremia. Lots of water, no salt on food, very little processed anything. Result? B/P was 69/57. That's been corrected, pickles, V-8, and balanced with bananas. I know a lot of you guys think you have to drink massive amts. of water (2 gal.!)
but you end up diluting your sodium on board. Incidently, you can sodium load pre w/o for a helluva pump.

please let us know when you get the results if anything is out of range, Id be curious from a learning stand point.

Id also be curious if you have been over reaching to much in the gym. Although unlikely, I will say that Ive been out of the heavy lifting for 7 days due to my gyno surgery and didnt realize how fatigued my CNS was until this time off.

yup pickles. jay ferruggia wrote an article about a pickle diet and how he ate them as a preworkout.

i would first increase your sodium before stopping your cycle...that seems a little extreme. up the salt, eat some bananas, and buy a BP machine from walmart.

and of course bloodwork.

Rest is so important. When workouts go stale and things just feel kinda "stuck" I usually just walk away from it for a week. Forget about the gym. Hell sometimes i dont pin that week. Everyone needs a break every now and then. Curious to see bloods. RBC could be high also. Good luck.

Very good point on RBC and H-Crit Could very well be a factor as well
