After warming it for 4 minutes, do you inject the oil immediately, or should you let it cool down first?

Immediately. It gets a little less warm when you draw it in syringe anyways. I never felt a discomfort of the oil being hot when it's going into the muscle or the fat tissue when i do subc.

Heat your gear to bodytemp, and use a smaller needle. 27g grey 19mm. If you heat up your vial, hold it by hand. Do not let it in water, alone. The vial can tilting and water get’s in the vial by rubber stop

heating it makes it less viscous. cooling it down makes it more viscous.
I recommend going as hot as possible without causing discomfort (for me 5-10° C above body temp

you guys were right. I no longer feel any pain after the injection. The oil must be heated before injection. Tnx

I found warming it in my hand after drawing the oil into the syringe to be all that was required, just hold it tightly for a few minutes and it will warm up. Im currently pinning 3ml twice a week using orange 25g 1.5" needle, only time I really had issues was with a dicky needle (not sure about other countries but in NZ we get all needles/syringes etc for free) but some of them are cheaply assembled though by the looks, needle sometimes protrudes out of the plastic on an angle. Or if I don't wait for the alcohol from the wipe to dry before pinning that'll hurt ya too. Used both Test E and C with varying carrier oils
